Who is this woman Linda? She is freaking amazing! Ive been super nervous to go to any Great Clips after having a bad experience in the past but let me say Linda did an amazing job! She took her time listening to what i wanted and my hair hasn't felt or looked better. Highly recommend her.

Highly recommend not going here . I checked in online , walked thru the doors , my mom got sat in the seat and the lady going to cut her hair said " are you busy busy? Cause I have this guy who checked in before yiu that I need to cut" I get it he checked in before us , we also got there before him ! We went to restroom , Got sat in the chair and even started to get hair sprayed before he even walked through the door. That was just straight out rude!

I was actually very excited to come here and get a long Bob something a little more manageable because I was going to have surgery on my head and kidney I did some research and was excited to come here, not only because of the reviews I read about the employees here and how amazing they did, but it was also close to my house so I’d be able to come back if I enjoyed my haircut like everybody else did in the reviews when I got there, the woman who cut my hair was being very impatient and rude to my daughter, who just followed directions when the woman asked her to sit in a specific chair and then told her to get up and move to another chair so she proceeded to act like she was extremely overwhelmed after the task of asking my 12-year-old daughter to move from one chair to another like my daughter was being uncompliant, which was the complete opposite she’s actually sat there quietly during my whole interaction with the person who was cutting my hair. When I proceeded to show her my reference photo, she didn’t even look at it and just continue to do what she wanted to. I tried to have small talk with her and she was very snooty and short with me when she was finished she held the mirror so I could kinda look at the back of my hair and said now you can go and give me one of those great reviews you read about a very cocky tone, my initial reaction was shock. She didn’t dry it like I asked her to. I wasn’t able to see the exact haircut until I was able to get home and dry it, and realize that it was longer on one side than the other and was way shorter than I asked her to cut it which made me really sad. I will not recommend this place to anybody and I will not be returning.

In a city where haircuts are 50 or $60… I’ll be happy with any kind of haircut I get at great clips or about a third of that price. I can guarantee those 50 or $60 barbers aren’t doing anything any better or different.

I called to see if this was a participating store for a coupon I had. They didn't know for sure. I let them know I'd be there in about 30 minutes and they asked for my name. Only two workers for this busy time. I got there and was greeted and asked if I had checked in. I answered honestly that I called and gave my name but wasn't sure. They got my phone number and added me to the list. I sat and watched the two people that were actively getting their hair cut and the one person in front of me complete their business. People kept coming and soon, there were 3 people that were not there before me get their hair cut. By the fourth person to be called, I asked if I was still in line. They said I was next and the screen wasn't working. I let them know I will not be next and left.

Getting more expensive, 50% more nowadays. I guess they are keeping up with inflation? I don't think it was the franchise's decision to devalue our currency. The haircut was fine, thank you

I really like a good razor cut to make my hair lay right and not look choppy. It's getting hard to find a place for good razor cuts, but this Great Clips have multiple technicians who all do great razor cuts.

Absolutely terrible, went for a hair cut the first time and asked for a straight line across my hair. She cut a 45 degree angle, I went back to get it fixed and another lady made it worse. Went in only wanting 1 inch off and now it’s up to 4 inches cut.

Great clips is good for what you get. The haircuts are the cheapest around. They range in quality. The employees are often friendly; I have had more high quality philosophical conversations with them than with my former Yale Law colleagues!

I asked for my hair to be cut. I expressed I did not want clippers used on the back, only scissors. She SHAVED up the back of my neck 1 inch with CLIPPERS. The top is uneven. She didn't offer me the mirror to look at the back. I'm very disappointed in the service. I won't be going back.

The reason I was, there was that I found that my regular barber from a different store was no longer with the company I used her for almost 3 years. so this new young lady. did not have the scissor skills. that’s my old barber had plus she used the shears instead of the scissors on the back part of my head I was not completely satisfied

This was an awful experience! I was there due to a cut I had gotten at the 44th and Lowell store on Saturday. It was a terrible cut! Lopsided and stuck out everywhere. The owner of these stores never said sorry or anything about the time and trouble this caused me. The stylist Jordan was wonderful. She really tried to make the whole thing better.
