For the last 15 years I have used the Great Clips shop at Tassajara Rd, and Dien and, her mother before her, have cut my hair, and as long as Dien is there I will keep going. It took me a while but I finally convinced my wife to give her a chance, and it was love at first site. You have 2 very happy customers.

Just drive down to livermore, for better experience. Been going there for 2 years not a single bad haircut. Just moved to dublin and here i am trying to salvage my haircut in the bathroom for the last 20mins. This place isnt as well maintained either

I have been to this place multiple times, and every visit has been unsatisfactory. I've observed that the staff are hesitant to touch my hair, and they often don't even sprinkle water or take the necessary care. They seem to rush the job, typically finishing within 5 to 10 minutes, and sometimes leave my hair uneven. It feels as though they are more focused on increasing the number of cuts to set store records across their chain, rather than caring about customer satisfaction.

Very bad and pathetic service. They don’t listen to your instructions and do what they want . They have not even washed my hair and charged me for that. Very poor and bad saloon. I will not recommend it to anyone.It was Tassajara road dublin location

The small asian lady doesn’t know how to cut. She behaved badly! She doesn’t sanitize her clippers! Horrible!!!

Asian guy cut my hair last two visits. I requested for V shape back and leave one inch. I don't know if he's not paying attention to mu request, I did not like how my hair was cut/trimmed. Not Going back to this location for a while. And I've been buying gift cards from Great Clips since 2021.

Unprofessional and customer service was too bad. Within 3 mins my hair cut was finished off. The Asian ladies not listening to what we are telling just simply doing hair trim and sending off. It waste of money and time. I spend 33$ dollars for it.

Don’t ever go here, if you want a great hair cut! I suspect people who are new here are even trained to do a hair cut. Their hard will to cigarette smell and don’t know what they are doing without basics on men’s haircut.

Extremely Unprofessional and outright lack of any kind of customer service. Got a message from their automated system that they are ready to give me a haircut. Go in there, the manager Jennifer, my regular hair dresser tells me to wait for a few as she has one person in front of me. An hour later, I’m still waiting and she has taken in 3 more people. Finally walked out without getting the service. Oh well, they surely know how to loose regulars. Avoid the place if you can.

I tried to get a haircut but was refused service because I declined to provide my personal information (name, address, birthday, gender, and phone number). I had cash in hand too. After I left the clerk stopped me and said they could use a fake account. I declined. This place is shady - don’t get a haircut here.

My experience at The Great Clips at Waterford was great. They have good stylists who listen to your requirements and do a great job! The check in process in the app was smooth as well.
