i don’t know who gave my husband a haircut but he came home with a messed up haircut and worst thing is that my husband tells me the lady who did it smelt like straight alcohol and then when he tells her vary nicely that he didn’t like the haircut and if he could please get a little gel to fix it she responded “you want your money back ?” “next time don’t come high” in a vary rude manner and my husband doesn’t even do any substances so he told the manager and she said “to each their own” so i decided to give you guys a warning before you go into a haircut at this location. Which is sad cus it’s the closest to my home 😞 thankfully they did refund our money even though it was done with horrible customer service 😢

There is only one barber that knows how to cut hair. The only guy there skips customers cause he says he doesn't know how to do certain haircuts

It was my first visit as I was looking for a new place for haircuts instead of driving to Fort Bliss. The staff were super friendly and the lady who cut my hair did an excellent job. I will definitely be back. Updated 9/1/24 - this has been my go-to place for the last few years. Still have great service at a great price.

DO NOT come here. Checked in online and when I arrived at the location, name was on the list. We were number 3. Apparently the girl at the register did not click on the name to show we were here. 30 minutes waiting and NOT one stylist checked in on us. Horrible customer service. Rude and dismissive.

I took my brother to get a Cheap haircut and now i regret it. Most of my years here in El Paso have been going to great clips getting the same cut. And i just wanna pls learn more about cutting hair. They barbers can't even do one simple fade right. They also can't a line up, They might just need a ruler for a good simple line up☠️

I’ve been here a couple of times giving the place a try, but the manager Jacky gives attitude upon approaching the front desk and sounds demanding. Never going here again. -Please hire professional people. Location: 3560 N Zaragoza

My husband and son have been coming here for months, most of the time no issues but today my son needed a haircut. The short lady with the red hair (must be new, I have never seen her before) REALLY messed my son's hair. It looked so bad I had to take my son to get it fixed somewhere else. And Yes, I did tell her to fix it because it was super choppy; well it made the hair worse! I will probably wait for someone else to help us out next time!! IF we come back here!!

This was my first time in a Great clips place. This Saturday morning I called to see if a appointment was needed but lady said that walk ins were welcome. Got there and sign up and just waited 5 min . My haircut was about 10 min . It was quick and like my haircut. $16 haircut. Will be back again . Recommend this place. Get an appointment online and will faster Great deals 🤝 Made an appointment and no waiting time . Good service

A great place for a quick fresh cut. All the stylists are very professional and do a very good job. The atmosphere is relaxed and the music is the perfect volume, not too loud like other places.

First time costumers don’t matter at this place, you have to check in online in order for them to take you, it was our first time so we didn’t know. I waited 30 minutes, they had no costumers, I thought my son was going to be next, nope there comes a guy with two kids and just because he checked in online they took his kids first… my time waiting didn’t count… I’m never going back there….at least let people know to check in online so they don’t waste their time waiting for a service they’re not going to get!! Horrible customer service!!

Really bad service, the lady Viane seemed mad in getting my cut! Felt like I was getting hit by a baseball bat! I didn’t say anything because I didn’t wanna get in an argument! Also charged $16 for cut and plus tip!

Would rate them a zero but there's no such thing got a haircut with this young lady she left me all patchy from the side of my head and my hair on top was all uneven I called and spoke to the manager and they gave me just to run around worst place ever would not recommend
