Such great service and stylist always do their best to give you what you want, kind people who take your feedback into consideration and always confirm before cutting. Since I’ve started to go get my hair cut on my own great clips was a great place to start as they attend to you quickly. Length is important to me but of course I’m a girl so damage and split ends Can lead to having to cut good chunks off, however Eloy took the time to really look for my split ends and save my length.

Great place and service!! Just an FYI, Brenda does do female cuts as well, she did my wife’s hair and my wife was very pleased!! Everyone there is cordial and welcoming when you walk thru the door. Ask for Brenda she definitely knows her trade and all the latest trends and cuts..

Went in first thing in the morning as the first customer because I was in a rush, I registered and before I sat down, I asked the lady if she minded that I used the bathroom real fast. Went to the bathroom for two minutes and when I came back, she had another customer in her chair and would not even look at me. I just stepped out and will never come back. What a horrendous customer service or lack thereof.

Had a really bad experience today going in for my sons haircut. If I could rate the experience a 0 stars I would, to begin with my son got a gentleman who had zero clue how to cut hair he botched it like no other and with seeing that I asked the manager if he was still in training and she responded with “no one here is in training they get training in school” and then proceeded to correct herself and said they just pick up new techniques to better themselves here but the gentleman did a horrible job it seemed as if he hadn’t gone to school at all. I had to ask a second stylist to please fix it but she seemed bothered by having to fix someone else’s work and was doing it in a hurry and told me she couldn’t fix unless she almost cut my sons hair to a shaved head. I proceeded to tell her how upset I was that there was no fixing it and she called her manager over to see how they could redeem themselves and the manager said she could do it and proceeded to cut my sons hair roughly pulling at it pretty hard with her scissors. Then continued to talk about a couples two children and how they were being annoying. Overall would not recommend, the manager and second stylist I dealt with seemed to hate their jobs.

I have been here about 3 times and the first time I got my hair cut it wasn't too bad the second time I went I asked for a specific hair cut the wolf cut and wispy bangs both of which the lady who was cutting my hair failed horribly to do when she confirmed to me before I sat down that yes she knows how to do that cut and by the end of it I looked like I was back in the 90s I was mortified but she told me once I wash it, it will look better and so I did and not to my surprise it did not look better a couple of month later I came back I wanted the same cut but I wanted it right and not to be cut by her and so I asked to not be cut by her because last time she messed up my hair but they told me that she knows how to cut it and so once again I had to be cut by her but this time I made sure to show her the picture and that she was looking at it and she told me she can do that I told her I wanted to relayer my wolf cut and have wispy bangs nothing more nothing less and so she started to cut but she did not wet my hair at all I was wondering why she wasn't wetting it but she supposedly knows what shes doing so I trusted her. She cut off way more hair then I had asked for and she was doing possibly the worst layering job I have ever seen once she finished she told me to tell her what I thought of the absolute butchering she did on my hair I told her I'm not sure it doesn't look right but still she keept on telling me it looked like that because it was "dry cut". I thought to myself what possessed you to dry cut my hair and so i called my mom over to tell me what she thought even she said the layering looked bad and if it was what I wanted. Still the woman reassured us it's "okay" once I wash it, it will look different she finally finished an i told her "it looks okay i guess" and left of course I didn't tell her I hated her for ruining my hair two times in the span of a couple of months because no one does that. I am writing this review to tell anyone who goes to the great clips to get you hair cut by anyone but the old woman with ginger curly hair that wears a flowery shirt she has made me scared to get my hair cut because now i can only think about the fact that she messed it up so bad 2 times. For the love of God get your hair cut somewhere else.

Brenda is always “go to” hair stylist. Very friendly and she cut mine and also my 1yr old boy’s hair. She knows what she is doing and very skillful. Always thank you for a great service to my family. Hope she work here as long as possible.

If you want someone cut your hair the way you explain it to them don’t come here worst $17 dollars I’ve ever spent I’d rather pay someone to shit on my face and eat it for $20 then get a haircut here again

Took my son for a hair cut and explained it to the stylist whose name is Eloy, he cut more off the top than what I told him to. He barely touched the sideburns and neck which is what was most important. However, my son just wanted to go because I told him 3 times how to do it and he couldn’t grasp it. I tipped him the minimum because I’m that kind of person. Heads up though if you go please don’t get ELOY.

Had the worst haircut in my life there. Literally had to shave it down to make it even. The "stylist" I had was too busy trying to take care of another customer complaint for a bad cut. So instead she buzzed my hair. Went from 5 inch long hair to a buzz cut.

They cut all of my girls hair uneven. Would not recommend for someone just going in for a trim
