My experience was outstanding from start to finish! I was warmly greeted upon arrival. Toni, my hairstylist, showed impeccable professionalism and effectively communicated to understand my needs. I plan to make this establishment my go-to for future haircuts.

I went to cut my grandson's hair and they made a mess with his hair. I would never back again to dis place. I show her a picture about the way I wanted and I don't understand why she didn't tell me she doesn't know how to cut it.

Update! July 2024 - They are no longer honoring student discounts. So disappointed because this was our favorite haircut place. Safety precautions are in effect. Stylists are very nice. No waiting when you check in online. Military and student discounts.

Worst haircut experience of my life. Hair stylist was rude from the get go and didn't even try to listen to me or my son on the cut he wanted. Little man even showed her a picture of what he wanted and the lady insisted on the Toadstool from the 80s cartoon cut. My son now has to walk the tough streets of Central El Paso with the toadstool cut, albeit without his crew to back him up. Also should have started with the heart attack she almost gave me trying to get my phone number and last name. Ultimately she ended up naming me Victor. Truly a disappointing experience for now Toad and me, Victor. Never going back.

I’ve gone several times when they had a sale and they never get my basic cut correctly. I went there today and the lady spent about an hour cutting my hair for a very basic cut. She kept having to correct her mistakes. It ended up looking like trash. I went home today and buzzed my hair. Not going back ever again.

Very bad customer service especially by the bald older guy came in and he asked me if I had checked I online I said no he asked him for my name and did not even ask me who was getting a haircut he just seemed annoyed three people came in. We just walked out.
