Uneven cutting and parts. They were also aggressive with the trimmer, pulling hair like they were plucking. Pathetically useless haircut, beyond mediocre.

Always friendly and do a great job. Usually only a few minute wait if there's already people there. My hairdresser was supportive with my need to cut my hair. Very kind and caring

I literally walked in with 10 minutes left of them being opened after going to a barber shop and getting the worst haircut of my life and she fixed it for free!!! Ughh absolute life saver!!!

I was recently there and I asked for a simple haircut but I was given half of my hair chopped off practically all of it. Uneven cutting and parts that they did not touch. They were also aggressive with the trimmer.

Nice haircut near UTEP. Neat and clean. Even they disinfect before every customer. Also they wear mask all the time. You can take the service with or without mask. No waiting time if you download Great Clips app and check in earlier. It's really convenient. Also this Great clips give $4 discount for UTEP students. Though, Sometimes they ask to show your UTEP ID 🙂. Parking is free and available all the time which is good point regarding downtown saloons. I Always come to this great clips cause this is the only one branch that open even in holidays 🙂. Highly recommended for UTEP students.

Out of all the 4 times I’ve been coming here they never ever get my hair cut right! It’s always longer on one side and shorter on the other. When ever I go I always go with my natural hair which is curly and I’m guessing because of that they cannot see how they cut it. I feel like at this place they like doing guys hair cut then women. It’s pretty disgusting if you ask me, if you don’t do women’s hair right then don’t do them at all. I was very clear, one length all around and the lady even said okay, I don’t understand it.

Unfortunately I was given to a new person. She did not really understand my normal cut, needed help and got it but when I got home, my hair was a mess! Disapointing this one time since I always get my hair Cut there.

Worst haircut ever. Asked for a simple fade and ended up looking like Edward scissor hands had just cut my hair. Avoid at all costs. I don't blame the person that cut my hair, I blame the establishment that allowed it to happen.

Every time I go to great clips on North Mesa they mess up my hair. Theres always one part that’s longer than the other they don’t check I asked if I could takeoff my mask so she could cut around my ears she said no so another bad haircut I keep going there hoping that it’ll get better but it doesn’t so this will be my last time the girl who cut my hair was Cynthia.

They do whatever they want. They ask you what you want and end up doing something way differnt. Horrible service, horrible attitude, they take forever cutting your hair.
