When we got there no one was in the waiting area they sign me in but didnt call me it was weird, they were waiting for 3 kids who checked in online i dont think its fair, had to wait around 40 Minutes for my turn. After We waited for the last kid to finish his haircut someone else show up who also sign in online so i had to also wait, asked them what was happening they said that i had to wait for everyone who check online to finish then i was next HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

My local Great Clips is amazing! They always do a fantastic job and I leave there feeling better and more confident about myself. Always a great cut and a better experience.

Been here like 3 times, first time was great! Second and third time around they doubled their price for a haircut and were not good at all, you tell them what you want and they’ll completely misfire. Not a good deal to up your prices and lower quality.

Took my son to get a haircut here, & the girl which I unfortunately didn’t get her name, was not the best! She did whatever she wanted and left my son with a flat top! Very dissatisfied with the service here!

They actually take notes so the next stylist can see what you had done last time and will ask if you want the same thing again. I’m a guy that basically gets a short military style haircut but for those who get more complicated hairstyles this is a really nice feature.

Alexandra was absolutely perfect! She is super easy and pleasant to talk with and she gave me a professional looking cut and I couldn't be happier. 😁 I hope I can get back to this area next time I need a haircut so I can have her cut my hair again. Thank you again, Alexandra! You're amazing!

First time at Great Clips. Walked in after 5pm with no wait. Quickly sat down, showed the stylist what i wanted and she did the cut. During our chat she said she has 35 years experience doing hair and i left quite satisfied with my cut. The next day at my daughter’s graduation party, my hair was complemented on many times thru out the night. I may have found my new hair cut salon for a quick in and out, inexpensive trim.

Girls are friendly but I don’t think should be left alone with little knowledge. I have a chunk of short hair on one side and the other is longer. They need more training and should be cross checked. This is my second bad experience with great clips.

Girls are friendly however they lack experience and skill. Worst haircut I've had done on my son. If your main clients are male, then please ensure your hairstylists can comply with modern haircuts

I finally had the chance to post this, but I got my hair cut done about a month ago, and when I got my hair cut. It was a disappointment, and a week prior, they also cut my significant other’s hair and messed up his hair cut as well. I went in, without an appointment, and they were super nice about it, didn’t wait too long, but once I sat down on the chair, things turned for the worst. The lady who did my hair was super sweet and super nice, but I can tell she had no idea what she was doing. I asked her I wanted my bangs to be fixed, as a friend of mine messed them up, and I told her I wanted curtain bangs, and a little face framing. But she decided to chop not only my bangs but half of my hair off. She kept cutting and cutting and didn’t even know how to blend the layers, when my hair dried it looks blocky and horrid. I was on the verge of tears, but she got her manager, and luckily she was able to blend and cut my hair to look decent. But now half of my hair is gone and I’m very upset about it. Although I wasn’t able to say it right then and there. Instead they told me my hair was super damaged and that’s why it wasn’t “styling” properly like it should. And with my significant other, he asked for a 3 clip trim on the sides, and to cut off a little bit short off the top, but instead they girl shaved off his entire head!!!! He did not want that but was too upset to say anything! He just wanted his sides to be shaved to a number 3 clip and the top of his hair trimmed a few inches but instead she shaved off all his hair!!!! They clearly do not have the right experience, and the only one to have experience is the manager but even then she does not cut hairs at all unless requested to. Again, super nice staff, but not enough experience to be running a haircut place.
