A place that makes paying customers wait for service could at least allow them to use the restroom. My “stylist” was going to let me walk out still full of split ends. At first, I said just a trim for split ends and keep the length, but knowing all the split ends I had, I repeated several times for her to do what she had to do to get rid of the split ends, even if it meant cutting a little shorter. I had to make her redo my hair twice for split ends that she was intentionally leaving behind. This was coming from a stylist that was telling me how bad split ends are for trying to grow out hair, and she was ready to leave them there.

Horrible HORRIBLE experience today at great clips, we have been customers for a couple of years UNTIL TODAY! One the stylist completely RUINED my sons hair, she was told what style of haircut he wanted and she completely PLAYED with his hair. Now my son won’t stop crying over how bad his hair looks and there was no manager on site, how can a supervisor not be present to make sure the stylist’s do their job correctly!!!! I am waiting for the manager or the general manager to call me because I want to file an official complaint against this employee!

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all! Went in told the stylist to cut my hair dry due to having curly hair and she still proceeded to wet it while cutting it ! Which resulted in her cutting most of my hair offf ! I was left with an un even shaggy hair cut an un even face shaping and uneven length! I do not highly suggest this place avoid it at all costs

Rude, inexperienced stylists! I have been coming to this place every once in a while to bring my sons and myself for basic haircuts and I’ve given some of the stylists a pass for “sometimes” screwing my sons haircuts up but not today! Alyssa DID A HORRIBLE JOB, there was no manager or supervisor present to even address or fix this situation! My wife has called to attempt to speak to the manager and NOTHING! What kind of salon are you guys running? You let the stylists do whatever they want, play around and without supervision? Where’s the manager? WHERE IS THR OWNER????

Today I took a chance on Great Clips and my stylist was awesome. Ashley actively listened to how I wanted my haircut. And she did a great job at “Great Clips” what do you know! Ha She was very pleasant to talk to and made the experience very comfortable. I recommend asking for Ashley for a solid haircut.

This place is trash. Came here twice, and both visits left with uneven neck and sideburns, second visit left with a bald spot from the stylists clumsy hand’s. The lady didn't blow dry all the cut hair either. Go somewhere with REAL professionals.Terrible service.

Used to get my husband's hair cut here and it was great. The last 2 times he's gone it was terrible. Uneven sloppy and nothing that he asked for. Then they brush the part the missed over the rest of his hair like he won't notice. Very unprofessional

I have been visiting this place for years because of Paula, since she is great in her hair cutting services, being punctual in my appointments and always giving me advice so that my hair is in good condition and above all making my visit with her enjoyable because of her kindness and excellent customer service.....thanks Paula!!!!!

Based on my experience here, my haircut ended up being great overall. Very good customer service. Quality cut from the hair stylist I was assigned. Price was reasonable. No issues encountered. Would recommend and would return.

Horrible, I went in for a simple fade and The dude gave me an all-around number one. I came in asking for more off the top and less of the sides, he did the opposite. Horrible, I wish I could give it negative stars.

I went today this afternoon and a cool dude name Javier got me right! He did wayyy more than expected! He cut my hair perfectly and he was really nice and helpful! If you want a good haircut I would ask for him! And bro if you see this thanks again so much for the fresh cut g!

My father went in on Veteran's Day to pick up a coupon, only to realize it was a business card on the day he tried to redeem it. So of course, they couldn't honor it without the coupon, but what is wrong with that employee handing him a business card?! The worst part is, this employee was there when his haircut began, but he didn't know this was going to happen, so there was no need to point her out at time.

Read Ms. Ruiz's review. I got my hair cut twice by her. Each time the same co worker stood up and asked if she wanted her to cut my hair. She said "no, I've got it." Bad cuts both times. Doesn't pay attention to what you want, and does a terrible job.

Walked in with a long haired hippie throw back ... walked out with a man ready for a GQ photo shot. All in less than 40 minutes. Great place, Great staff & Great stylists & Great store.
