Until today I have never had a poor experience at this great clips. There is an older blonde lady that works there and if you go, wait for literally anyone else. 2x she asked how I wanted my hair cut, 2x I corrected her from what she assumed I wanted, and then she went ahead and did her own thing cutting off far more than what was requested and then she had the audacity to not only charge full price for the haircut but to get visibly offended when I refused to tip her for doing nothing that was asked. She also has by far the worst attitude of any employee in the location. She always seems inconvenienced that people come in, and is never personable in any way. She is a terrible brand ambassador. If not for her, this would be a great place to get a haircut.

I have been here two times and both times I got a great haircut by Janette. She is really nice and very professional. My hair does this thing where it sticks out on the sides if cut wrong, but she knew exactly how to handle it. My go to stylist now!

I regularly bring my son to this location. I’ve had a great experience until today. Upon arrival the lady who greeted us had a sour look on her face. Tone of voice was extremely rude. I understand we all have bad days but if it’s that bad please a mental day off. No one needs the unnecessary attitude.

Great Clips did a fantastic job with my hair and my son's hair. It was convenient, efficient and we both were happy with the services we received. I also appreciate the Military and First Responder discount.

I came to Great Clips on Montana and Tierra este. Better service here and smiles. I love the way the ladies greeted us. Not going back to the great clips on edgmere. Rude manager and worker whom was also there by the name of Melanie

My son's hair was left very uneven and not blended at all. I asked for them to fix the haircut but it kept getting worse. They all lack experience and will never come back to any locations in the future.

Received a cut by the store manager. She burned my neck and behind my ear with her clippers. She seemed to be in a hurry. I usually like Great Clips but today was bad. Still feeling the clipper burn as my sweat from a hot day trickles down my neck.

Hair stylists greeted us nicely. Took care of my daughters wash, cut and blow dry and she looks and feels amazing. She got a layered bob and it was perfect. Thank you ladies!!

Every time I come here something happens, they give me a bad haircut or skip me even if I Checked in on app. 🤦🤬 some of the staff have old clippers thatpull my hair. I have had two good haircuts though.

Decided to try this location since it’s closer than the one at Zaragoza. The lady with glasses that cut my son’s hair today was so aggressive and rude. I’ve never had a problem with my son because the ladies that cut his hair are patient and very kind. She seemed to be in a rush since she also hit me in the face with the clippers while she was cutting his hair. I don’t know if it’s just the Zaragoza location that does it but after she was done, she didn’t even bother blowing off the excess hair me and my son had. She just walked over to the register ready to charge me for a bad experience. I will never come to this location again and if you have kids, I highly recommend going to the one on Zaragoza instead.

Two weeks ago had a good experience here. Today, not so much. My barber was obviously untrained. I asked for a low skin fade with the sides short and blended and to leave the bangs longer. They lady started cutting and said “say goodbye to your hair” and cut it all off on top. The fade is super uneven, the sides are not blended and longer than on the top. The lady was nice enough to ask me if my hair grows fast? I said it did and she said “that’s good.” She was a sweet lady but I ask that the staff be trained better so I don’t have to go somewhere else to fix a short haircut. It’s almost like she was playing a joke lol 😂

I can confirm that this place is run by unexperienced employees. I read through the comments and saw that the lady (described to have black and red hair) and wanted to give her benefit of the doubt....but, she indeed cannot cut men's hair much less knows what a fade is or how to give one. Just saw a man leave with an unclean look and evidently unhappy with the cut. Please train your stylists before hiring. Unfortunately I did not get the man's name, but he continuously had to assist the stylists, glad he was there...but there was only so much he could do to help. Don't come here and expect great results, instead pray that it doesn't look absolutely butchered.

I did a haircut at this new place because it was closer but it was terrible DO NOT GET A HAIRCUT WITH THE OLDEST LADY. Im still keep going to the one on zaragoza all ladies know how to make a mid fade for sure! I forgot to get a picture but this is just an advice for everyone.

The lady that cut my son's hair asked her for a fade but they didn't know how to do that the girl shaved all his head and did a bowel cut and I asked for layers and they screwed that up too ridiculous paid for two hair cuts that one girl with red and black hair screwed up!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL WE GO THERE.

I don't know how they cut hair. I went in to get a haircut and they asked for my phone number. I said I would rather not give it. The lady said they needed all my information for an account. I said, "I don't want an account, just a haircut." She told me I had to provide it first. So I left. This place is really close to my house so it would have been nice. At Supercuts you tell them your name and they call it out when they are ready. It's a little further, but they don't ask for you life history.

Santana is the absolute best. She is the only one I trust with my toddlers haircuts. I've taken him to different salons around town and he always cries and screams but he doesn't here. Santana will let him touch the buzzer so he's not afraid. She is great and everyone that works here is great as well. Highly recommend this place and they never have a long wait. Great customer service always.

The woman who cut my hair and my child's hair is very obviously not a trained stylist. She left an uneven, choppy mess in both our hair. She kept making "oops" faces and trying to subtly fix her errors. She could not. I can't even imagine how good of a liar you need to be to get job cutting hair without knowing how to cut hair. Disgraceful, sham of a business.

Worst haircut. She cut my hair dry. It looked uneven but she swore it was fine. Then when she showed me the back I told her if I put my head down it will look horrible. She was like ok I can fix that. I just wanted to leave as soon as possible. I don’t know how you stay open with stylist that don’t know how to cut hair. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not go here.

the haircut lady ruined my hair, it looked so uneven and messy (i asked for layers but she doesnt know how to do layers) it looks so choppy and ugly, i dont recommend coming here i would give a one star if i could and they ruined my mom’s hair as well.
