I was just in the store, waiting patiently for my turn. But they had already taken a walk-in ahead of me and then after 20 minutes they took a man who had just walked in and was 3rd on the list. Really?? Serious poor service. It surprised me cuz they are usually very good. Guess I'm looking for a new place for hair cuts!

My husband has a last-minute business trip and so he went to great clips yesterday for a trim. However, he shows back up to the house looking like Richard Spencer. The back and sides are literally buzzed and it appears a bird nest has sprouted just above his forehead. He has very thick and wavy hair and this type of cut should never have been done. Any stylist should know that. The reason that we typically don't use chains Is because it seems that the while the stylist may be trained, they do not listen. A 55 year-old man does not need to look like a 17-year-old skateboarder or the likes of a wannabe German. I am doing this review because I'm the one that has to listen to him complain about it and also look at it.

Overall, my experience was acceptable, as I frequently visit for my son's haircut. However, I have noticed that the stylist, a Black lady with a mohawk I presume, tends to exude a negative attitude each time we come in. During our recent visit, I requested a small little blow to manage the hair that tends to fall on my son's face . Unfortunately, the stylist seemed to voice her frustration throughout the process about how it a hair salon for a reason and there was gonna be hair. I understand that some hair may inevitably remain, but I only wanted to ensure my son left the salon looking tidy and my car wasn't gonna be filled with small hair. I sincerely hope that our next visit will be met with a more positive experience and a willingness to provide the service I requested without any complaints.

This was my first time coming here. I've had thin, long, straight hair, all one length for decades. I was nervous about getting long layers put in, but Kimeko knew what she was doing. She went over suggestions and made sure she knew what I wanted and I LOVE the finished look. I'll be requesting her from now on.

I was visiting my daughter in Fayetteville from Indiana. I needed my hair trimmed to shape it and put the layers back in. Jill gave me the BEST and most manageable haircut I've ever had. Thank you so much, Jill!!!

I went in today and it was sad. I'm a black women with 3c hair to my mid back and I could tell all the white women were avoiding me. Which I understand because they aren't always trained on black hair. They swept slowly and then the dark skinned, bigger black lady with glasses and thin curly dark bob length hair slowly stepped up(not Carolyn who is a bit older). I told her I wanted a shampoo and trim. She then begin to comb out my hair and complain that it would take a while to untangle first(I'm natural. It coils around itself) and she doesn't like to cut on wet hair. She then mumbled "I'd have to charge for a style"-really mumbled under her breath and then just said "I'm sorry. I'm not trying to be funny. I just can't". I just put my hair up and left. I actually would have been happy if she explained it'll take longer and offer to book a style. It's not much money.I actually always tip at least $30.It's fine. She just isn't an actual stylist. They prefer old white people so they can get them in and out. No pride in the craft.She's just a lady who maybe had no other option of employment. She actually had a bad attitude from the start. Even to other patrons. If you look at the other bad reviews it seems to be a trend for people of color to leave unhappy. So I waited for 48 minutes and was treated unkindly by a black middle aged women who wanted a quick turn around. These things happen.

I’ve become a monthly regular at Fayetteville Town Center. All the ladies are professional, and fantastic cutting hair! A very pleasant and timely experience!

Black haired lady took me back to cut my hair asked me howd i like it done before i could show her a picture she put the apron on me.. little did i realize until i was gasping for air and about to pass out ... face was turning white.. that she put the apron on too tight... almost killed me. Never going back

I took my little baby girl that 4 years of age and was left sitting there even though I was up next but was not acknowledged at all very sad and immature behavior especially if there adults was not even given a apology please don’t waste your time they pick and choose what kind of people they want to service thank you maybe choose a different profession thank you

Very quick and friendly. Did a wonderful job on my hair, not so much my beard. I'll be back for haircuts but I'll do my beard myself
