I always have a great experience at this salon, Yesenia has been my stylist for a long time and she does fantastic work and her customer service is amazing. I do recommend her to everybody who is looking for a great haircut. Keep up the great work Great Clips.

I got a men's haircut late on a Friday night. The stylist established a very pleasant environment. We chatted while she cut my hair. It matched my expectations perfectly, as has been my experience with any of the staff here. They could probably use a little more staff to avoid excessive wait times.

I’m grateful for the lady that did my hair today. Full time job and a low pressure water shower faucet cause me to have to skip taking care of my hair as much. She was able to make it better and recommend products that would keep it in good condition for longer. I ended up buying some oil too (because I had experience with hair oil working well for my hair). Tip included, I spent $97 for three products, a washing, and a trim. Wish I could remember the lady’s name. She was so good.

Always go to Great Clips and usually just take whoever is available but lately I’ve been going to Andrea and been pleased with her cuts and she’s friendly!!!

She never fails me! Yadira is my go too! Shes great and knows what shes doing and always does an amazing job on my hair! I always call ahead to make sure shes working before coming in otherwise ill wait for another day for her! Ive been complimented on hair at work. Good job!

The manager Yesenia is great with fades. I happily replaced my barber who took an hour per haircut and was way more expensive. 20 minute haircut with razor shave on the sides, high fade.

Yesenia and her team are always professional and greet you with a warm welcome. I live close the San Bernardino great clips but drive to the Sierra lakes one to be cut by this team.

I wish I could give them less than 1 star I had the worst haircut and beard of my life she doesn't know what she's doing and there's no respect for the customer or sorry every side of my face is different supposed to apologize but the opposite happened the way she acted without respect for the customer

The girls don't know how to cut mens' hair. They are inexperienced and incompetent. They always gave me uneven and messy haircut leaving me regret my visit every time.

Don’t go here unless you want an uneven haircut. Girl with crispy hair isn’t friendly and she messed up my hair. She doesn’t know how to cut curly hair…smh
