**UPDATE** The owner of the salon reached out to me 1 day after this happened to apologize for what the hair dresser did. She informed me that she spoke to the girl and took corrective action. She was very kind and gracious. I appreciate her taking the action on making it right with me as a customer. We will be visiting this hair salon again because the owner made it right. Thank you! *** CLOSING EARLY BEFORE BUSINESS HOURS INDICATE- This message is for the manager at the Sierra Crossroads store in Fontana, California. I checked in online and there was a 68 min wait. I waited until I got the txt to head to the salon. I received the txt at 5:30 pm that our turn would be in 15 min. I got another txt at 5:35 saying to head in before it closes at 6 pm there may be a wait. I showed up at 5:50 and the door was locked. I knocked on the door and the girl saw me and ran to turn the lights off. It was not even 6 pm yet the doors should not have been locked. I want to speak to a manager about the conduct of the employees that close early when I put my name on the waitlist and waited for my turn to head to the salon. This is unacceptable and unfair that I made a drive for the employees to close early and when she saw me she didn’t acknowledge me and ran to turn the lights off when she could clearly be seen. Your house of operation close at 6pm not before that and you should follow your store hours.

Been coming to this location for the past 6 years and have had my hair cut by the majority of the staff. They take extra care if you’re picky like myself. Always leave with a great experience.

First time there and they rushed through my sons hair cut and there was a few things wrong with it because I had to stare hard at it. But for a big chain like that their cuts are garbage. I’ve gotten better service at mom and pop shops

I've been coming here for the past year and I absolutely love it! Ashley Lopez has been doing my unique hairstyle and she does such an amazing job. Her work ethic is top tier, her customer service is unmatched. She always has a smile on her face and it is very welcoming. Good vibes is how I leave this place. It's hard to find a Barber who cuts your hair exactly the way you like it...I had been searching for a while since my previous barber had switched professions. After visiting countless Great Clips and different hair styles (not by choosing ) ...lol. I happened to find myself sitting in Ashleys chair. Since then I have not gotten my Haircut from anyone else. It's been a couple of years now and as long as Ashley is there, that's where I'll go. Ashley is professional, sincere and is prideful in her work.

Leaving five stars seems a little low. I've been getting my hair cut by ashley for a while now and I'd rate her services 7 out of 5, eas of conversation a 7 out of 5 and general customer service a 7 out of 5. Ashley and Annette are the best , deserve the best ratings as well as.

Came in for a haircut but was really disappointed. I forgot to get the name of the girl who cut my hair but she is one of the youngest. Show her a style that i have in mind and i thought she will follow it but she keeps making suggestion and i thought she is a stylist so i let her until i see the final outcome and i was crying on the way home. It was the worst haircut ever. She keeps layering my hair all the way to the top in the back. This lady has no idea of style or she is just tripping. It will take months for me to hide the mess she made with my hair. She must be a newbie no aense of style at all. I will never bring my family to this branch or great clips as i am so furious. You kind of ruin my christmas spirit cause all i wanted to do is wear a hat to cover it up. Shame on you. You lost a loyal customer great clips. Never again!!!

Trashiest job ever!!!! New young hairstylist on Friday night, 12-29-2023 sucked and did whatever she wanted despite me saying I wanted a maintenance trim. Decided to make conversation with me instead. Fire her!!
