Been going here for years. Usually decent haircut, sometimes not so great, but I'm the first to admit that I'm cheap, and I like the convenience of booking my haircut online when needed. However, I was really disappointed that the store didn't honor my Great Clips coupon that I received through the Great Clips app. Felt like bait and switch to me. They ran a college football promotion for a $9.99 haircut. I go into the store and sure enough they have a sign up saying the promotion is not honored at their location. I asked about it, and the person at the desk said no stores in California are honoring the promotion. As their Marketing geniuses probably assumed, I was a bit upset but paid full price since I was there anyways, but just felt it was uncool for Great Clips to run a promotion that seems like a bogus loss leader or bait and switch.

I was cut by the tall cosmetologist. I asked for one thing and came out with something else 🫠 I showed pictures and gave detail but felt like i was major gaslit into my haircut 🫤 I asked that she cut the sides of my head so that it flared outwardly as it reached my parietal rhidge; I have a very round headshape and prefer my head to look angular. Girl did the exact opposite and cut along the ridge and made my head look round AF 😐 There was another cosmetologist who I went who did an amazing job. I don't recall her name but I will look for her next time since she worked with me and asked me questions before she started cutting. She asked me questions along the way and made sure I was cool with what she was doing. 😀 Ill come back next time hopeful to get my haircut by that last individual who cut my hair.

Great salons are far and few. This location has a true hidden gem. A gem named Dawn. When I would get my hair done elsewhere I had never felt fully confident in my hair as an accessory to myself. But she has changed that for me. I’ve gotten my hair done by her 3 times and she hits the nail every time and knows how to work with my hair type exceptionally well. She’s professional, friendly, and most importantly, a great cosmetologist. I will be going back to this location exclusively from now on because of how well I am pleased. I also see that this Great Clips responds to reviews and takes criticism/reviews seriously. You guys seriously need to keep her on your winning team and treat her right! She is a hard worker and worth more than her weight in gold.

I made a reservation online. I arrived about 15 minutes after getting the notification to go there. After maybe 2 minutes, it was already my turn. The stylist really listened and understood what I was looking for. I highly recommend coming here.

It’s a great place but I’m giving three stars and never going again. About three months ago I went to get a haircut. I showed the girl a picture how I wanted it. The model in the picture had the style below the shoulders. But this lady cut my hair wayyyy shorter. I am a little shy so I didn’t say anything. But when I got home I was crying for a whole week. I know hair grows back but I don’t like my hair short…..

My son needed a haircut and we were there yesterday. The lady who cut his hair completely botched it even after explaining everything how he wanted. Careless and unprofessional and very unskilled workers. Worst part is we are going to be a wedding on Saturday. Absolutely infuriating and unacceptable.

This is my go to place to get a haircut. The workers have always done a good job on my hair. I haven't had any problems with them here, they seem to be trained professionals.

As always I have had a great experience here. I checked in on the app and got there when it was turn. I only waited a couple mins while the stylist cleaned up. Alexis cut my hair and did a great job. Definitely another easy painless trip.

Don't tell you that services they have posted are not available and refuse to let you restroom. Other locations have available restrooms for customers (Note: I'm diabetic and when blood sugars are high, I need to use a restroom quite frequently and usually immediately). Lady with the gray hair (seemed like the manager) was a bit rude and acted like customers being present was an annoyance to her.

Honestly be careful who cuts your hair here not all of them know how to cut hair .. especially for men .. my husband hair has been cut wrong multiple times .. it never looks like a “fade “

The place had two hair cutters at the moment with four customers waiting to get their hair cut and one stylist, the manager, took a break. When she came back and cut my bf’s hair, it was the worst haircut he’s ever had. He told her 5 and close to the ears. Heard her say I did your ears at 2 to blend the hair. Not what he asked for and once she screwed it up, he has to wait for it to grow back which is going to take a long while. Also she wanted to put product in his hair and it took him three times saying no before she said okay. Not well managed and it going back to that place.
