Asked for a trim and layers, Lisa only gave me a trim. Also made me extremely uncomfortable and kept talking about kids in her family having mental/health problems. Also pushed her body into me while looking at my hairs length and was more into her story than the haircut and what was requested. Also when I walked in, I was asked if I made an appointment. I was unable to go online and make an appointment, so I was a walk-in. Both women that were working seemed annoyed that I was there. The older woman stated in a very annoyed tone, "I guess you're here now and it doesn't matter now does it?" Not a friendly atmosphere unfortunately and didn't want to tell her for a 3rd time I also wanted layers, I just wanted to leave at that point.

Great cut, no wait. Stylist was excellent, friendly and fast. My Mom has dementia and she worked well with her, understood quickly when I had to answer questions, and still engaged my mother throughout the appointment. We will definitely be back.

Don't waste your time calling this place to ask a question because they won't answer. It's just better to go to Fantastic Sam's or somewhere else they at least answer the phone.

Not a very good experience. The beautician didn't seem very enthusiastic 1st of all. It seemed like she had checked out and gone home already. Also I felt uncomfortable w/her being somewhat of a larger person, and constantly pushing into me to get close enough to reach, to cut my hair. 2nd, she made it a production w/body language when I would ask for something to be touched up or fixed. I walked out looking for my bowl of soup to go w/the butcher job I just recieved. Gonna be tough to go back there again

Never have had not a great time coming to this location to get my hair cut but, todays service was fantastic! Was warmly greeted and taken care of in an absolute amazing 8-10mins from Cindy! She is an absolute rockstar and is hands down the the only person I NEED to get my haircut from now on. As stated before everyone here has been a more than a joy to meet and help me look hella fresh.
