I typically have a decent experience. My last cut, as always was a #2 all over. It seemed much longer and I asked the stylist when done if she was sure it was a #2. She said yes. It couldn't have been. It's been a week or so and I need another cut and the top is not even, it's longer on one side. The problem I have with the app is you never get to choose your stylist, it's a next up deal. Hate it. After that, I doubt I'll go back. Plus she seemed shocked I didn't have a coupon, well if there's a deal going, give it to me and stop with the silly piece of paper or some email I needed to show them. Update: I had to return because it looked so bad. Uneven and too long on the top and sides. Jennifer fixed me up in a couple minutes and didn’t charge me anything. Gave her a nice tip and I was on my way Thanks for making it right!

Went to the Great Clips on Gladiolus Crossing in Fort Myers and was supposed to be next in line after checking in online using the app BUT another person who had not checked in at all was allowed to go ahead of me because they came in with someone earlier and the stylist didn’t want to keep that person who already had their haircut waiting which I found to be very unfair and discriminatory.

I get a great cut every time. I’ve been using the same stylist for many years. I’m able to request my stylist when I sign in online. The app is very helpful with knowing how busy the saloon is.

Maby was amazing and I really love how all the barber/beauticians are. Theresa did a great job on that hire, best haircut ever! Also very military friendly, being a retired combat veteran. Thank you Great Clips!
