Wife drove to get our 5 year old daughter a haircut, younger girl refused to cut her hair because it was supposedly too tangled. My wife had it brushed out in 5 minutes when she got home. Will be talking to the manager for sure 👍🏻 Down right lazy employee

I arrived at 5:40 pm on a Saturday evening and the door was locked. The website and the door indicated the store was open until 6:00pm on Saturday. There was two employees inside and they pretended like they did not see me. I have been a loyal customer for years, but I may now have to take my business elsewhere.

management of this store is not up to par - schedule appointments just to show up and be told they dont have enough people on staff to work on your hair... why? cooperate should get involved with this. its a waste of my time and money and not my fault they don't have enough staff on hand, yet they allow endless appointment scheduling.

I am deeply disappointed with this establishment. My father, a US Army Veteran, has frequented this location for years as a customer and to receive his "free haircut" coupon on Veterans Day. However, upon his recent visit, he was informed that they had run out of coupons for veterans. The advertisement does not mention a "limited quantity" of coupons anywhere. When he inquired if they could provide a written note for a deferred free haircut, the three stylists responded rudely, unanimously stating they were out, and a coupon code was necessary. They failed to express gratitude for his service and continued to treat him with disrespect.

Walked in at 710 & was told there were closed even though the dork says 730. Both woman tonight were very rude, I took off work early yesterday & your systems were down & then you treat a good customer line this? I came back the second night in a row & I will never be returning again. I advise anyone else to do the same, horrible management & customer service. Glad your employees were able to get off early instead of bringing in money for the business

The European woman was rude. She seemed to be in a big rush and didn’t fully grasp what I was asking for. She wouldn’t shape the back quite to my request, and after a second attempt, she said out loud “I’m done” and started ringing me up before allowing me to even look in the mirror. Insane.

Edit: Review is for Tania, not Great Clips. She is no longer working at Great Clips. So I no longer go there. I followed Tania to her new job. Only place I can take my baby to get a haircut. Tania knows her stuff. She is the only person to be able to get him to sit still & she gives him an amazing haircut every time. He adores her!

Absolutely amazing service. The nice lady who cut my hair, I remember her name is Ashley was super nice and friendly. Also Cassey was fun to talk with too 10/10 will come back next time I need a haircut :)

Told the ‘stylist’ I wanted an inch taken off, only an inch at the most and that I wanted the same length all over. ‘Stylist’ did her own thing. When I said no more, she said oh no, and kept cutting even using the clippers on the back. This “cheep” haircut cost 20 bucks and she complained when I didn’t leave a tip! Cut was NOT what I requested at all.

Ashley is amazing. She is great with our two young kids and the adults. She helps when you want to try a new style and will tell you if it will work or not. There is always an extra wait if you want to see her, but she is 100% worth the wait.

Good place to go for a quick cheap haircut. Don’t expect too many details past the simple men’s haircut. I have noticed a high turnover rate for the stylists and sometimes they seem to be lesser skilled but for a quick cheap haircut no-frills gets the job done. They do have specials often or deals of some kind to take a few bucks off.

12/27/23. *Gulf coast town center location*.Went in to get my ends trimmed. I noticed the floor had not been swept and the hair and piece of tissue from the previous persons neck was still all over the floor of the station of the older woman who took me to her station. I asked her if she was supposed to sweep up before taking her next client. She then half hazardous swept up leaving most of the hair on the mat. When I sat down I noticed none of her combs were in disinfectant, instead they were splayed out on the towel. Every comb had crud on every tooth of the combs!!! It appeared that they had not been cleaned or disinfected in a long time. I got up and asked to speak to a manager, none was there. I then asked for the corporate phone number and another person told me I would have to wait until they were done. I left and called their customer service number to complain and also made a report with the health department. EXTREMELY UNSANITARY! I would give ZERO stars if I could!

Went in today because I usually cut my own hair but i messed up the back. I walked right in and a woman named Olivia greeted me. I told her my situation and she understood and fixed me up. Was quick and easy! I recommend this haircutters for the friendly staff and quick in and out. Thank you Olivia!
