They rushed through my haircut in under a minute, and it was the worst haircut I've ever had. Despite giving clear instructions, Natalie cut my hair far too short and unevenly.

I brought my grandson in this morning. We were told it would be no more than 15 minutes. They started letting people go in front of us and then after 20 minutes, we were then told it was going to be another 25. We walked out. It's sad, my grandson like getting his hair done there but we won't be going back.

Not sure why I keep coming to this location. Today I checked in on the app see screen shot. Walked in to the store and they told me I didn't check in and it would be 30 minutes. What's the point of having online check in if it doesn't work?!?! I'm done with this location. Update I checked in and showed up for my estimated wait time only to find a sign saying they closed 30 minutes early even though I checked in before they closed. No call or warning... ________ Being able to check in online is a game changer. Staff is friendly and the haircuts are good for the price. My while family got hair cuts and my oldest daughter was bored. The stylest had her cleaning windows to keep her busy. Which I thought was clever and fun.

Not even worth 1 star. I showed her the picture how I need but she made the haircut completely different. She literally shaved half of the head. The lady has bad attitude and doesn’t care to listen to the instructions properly. NEVER GOING TO VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN.

There was moment when I lost Faith in Great Clips and how they cut my hair a few months back. Until I came across a location that put in some notes for me that helped with a couple of visits after where my haircuts were turning out the way that I wanted it. I thought the problem was solved with the notes that were on file. I then visited this location, my hair was cut today on July 13 at 11:15 by a stylist that cut my hair and under five minutes and destroyed it the same way that it had been prior to my last two visits were good. In short. I have decided moving forward that Great Clips is not a place for me and have decided to take my friends advice and just look for a barber that I could rely on moving forward. I have had more bad haircuts than I have had good ones. And this is not mentioning the fact that the woman that did my hair today felt like she didn’t wanna be there and literally cut my hair faster than anyone has ever cut my hair at Great Clips

Do NOT let the young blonde woman with glasses cut your hair. She gave me horrible, choppy, unblended layers and even WEEKS later it is still noticeable. People keep asking what happened to my hair.

Could not even cut a straight line then my daughter's hair was itching terribly after so I just want to make sure this place cleans up their act. Great I will send you an email. I would appreciate a refund for the child.Haircut the lice treatment and my pain and suffering for dealing with this nightmare

Some delusional old man tried to cause a scene and the girl with the red hair handled the situation calmly and perfectly! Good on her! Natalie is a great stylist and the whole staff is very friendly and talented.

I had an appointment to just get layers and keep my length and she cut off 6 in of my hair she didn’t even cut it even at all the first thing I told her was I’d like to keep my length please it took me years to grow out my hair and I do have an important upcoming event this is heartbreaking and not professional at all I don’t recommend this place at all. Also I asked the stylist to give me a blow out since that’s the reason I wanted layers just to create volume she proceeded to say it would be $45 more which I said is of one o will pay for it and she didn’t want to because since my hair was already dry let’s just use a straightener she gave me the “cut” in less than 3 min just to find out she had just shopped it off.

It would be a waste to give it one star, but there are no zeros, so I'm giving it one star. At least from what I asked the people I work with, this is a student practicum school. I made an online reservation first thing in the morning. Even though there were no customers, a novice-looking woman told me to hug her in the far corner, so I sat down and started cutting my hair. She saw her last time and started cutting her hair with a machine. She asked if she was doing it like last time and she said yes. I was told to just slightly trim the front, top, and back of my head. I was told to cut my hair cleanly only on the sides and down the back. But she shaved off all but about a centimeter of the back of my head. Later, I asked another employee and he was a trainee. They didn't even tell me in advance that I was a trainee. If you're a trainee, shouldn't you at least have a senior watching you? So, when I complained, the trainee didn't even say sorry and didn't even finish the job or shake it off, but just went to the cash register to tell me to pay and leave. When she said she couldn't pay, another woman came and said she would try again and if she liked it, she could pay. However, I don't know how to finish hair that has already been cut short, but I told him to give it a try. However, they told me to shave off the lower part almost without any hair for balance. So I told him not to do it and stood up. But he stood at the checkout counter until the end. I was too annoyed to say anything more, so I just paid and left. I'm going to have to wear a hat looking stupid for about 3-4 months before I can go back to my previous hairstyle. If possible, don't go here. If you have no choice but to go, avoid trainees. Especially avoid the corners of the bare straps. I think they have the skills because they are close to the door.
