I checked online for my child, and it showed 10 minutes. However, when we arrived, the receptionist informed me that the wait time was actually 40 minutes and that the phone number was listed under a different name!!!

I was surprised by how good it was the first 2 times, but those barbers are now gone and the ones I saw recently had no idea how to cut hair… if you can’t afford a better place, you may have better luck on the weekends. The people working weekdays can’t see when things are obviously crooked, choppy, and disconnected.

I love this place. I meant Rick is the new manager and he is absolutely great ! Welcomed me in, offered to give me a hair cut since they were busy and he is quite the expert. Very friendly

UPDATE: As of December 3rd, 2024 As instructed by the reply to the review to send an email I was told that the location would reach out to me to resolve or remedy this matter and not a single word from the location. They do not solve there issues. I was out of town and had my wife take my son to get a walk-in hair cut. My wife showed the lady a picture of what she wanted it to look like and also let me talk to her on the phone and I told her that I wanted my sons hair to have a mid-fade starting with a zero and to keep the top long so it can be styled. "She told my wife that the top cant be slicked and styled long", yet everytime we get his haircut everyone says they can do exactly what we request and have had his hair styled the same for months now. My wife was shy to speak up while the lady was cutting his hair and told showed me his haircut over Video chat while I'm out of town and it was choppy, the fade was not done correctly and can see lines where his hair was not cut evenly, and she took off to much of the top. NOT TO MENTION, She left about 7 Line Red marks on my sons neck, where 2 of those lines had slowly started to bleed. It has me thinking if those clippers were even sanitized before being used on my son also. I've never had my son be left with red marks or cuts on his neck and I seen him on video staying still. This was all due to her actions. She should know better on how to cut a child's hair. I advised my wife to go to the next building over at SPORTS CLIPS to have his hair done CORRECTLY AS WE ORGINALLY REQUESTED and they did a great job, took there time, and knew exactly what they were doing. Sometimes the stylist even ask other stylist for to double check each other's cuts to see if they missed anything before telling the customer they are done. I would not recommend anyone to go to this location as this was both my wifes and sons worst experience at a shop getting his haircut. My wife did not know how to handle the situation at all, so I am reaching out through this review to the owner of this location about the incident. I hope you can either remedie this incident and also coach the stylist or take some kind of action towards her bad customer service and bad haircut she has given, as well as her giving my child cuts on his neck. This happened on 11/12/2024 between 5:00-5:30 and I was told there were 2 stylist there at the time (His stylist was the African-American Lady, I apologize I do not have her name). $17 at Great Clips for a bad cut and cuts on his neck and $20 to fix it at Sports Clips.

My husband took our 13yo son in for a back to school cut and they absolutely butchered his hair. It ended up looking like a “Karen” style mom cut. I was amazed at how bad it was. Now he’s headed to another barber to fix it. Learned my lesson, we won’t be back.

All of the hairstylists at the Chisholm Trail Great Clips are Great, but I always ask for Kimberly, as she gives me a great cut every time. I'm in and out quickly, with a great cut.

My husband and son went in today to get my son a hair cut for his pre-k graduation. The service was by far the worst! From the customer service to the lack of confidence and experience the stylist have and the rudeness that was shown to my son was outrageous. This was supposed to a momentous day for my son, and to have him jostled from one stylist who “couldn’t do the cut we asked for” to someone coming in and taking over and speaking rude to him. Just the lack of professionalism alone was absurd. If we hadn’t been pressed for time, we would have left mid way through the cut… higher better people that are not afraid to work for and with children. Do better for the customer because after all- you are providing a service!

Stylist was very polite. Knew how I wanted my haircut and how much to cut,to where it looks great. She did a great job. Thank you so much for hiring her and letting other customers experience feeling great after their haircut.

I come here frequently and I noticed the staff changes a lot but there was a young guy who kept trying to upsell me on styling products while I was trying to have a convo with my stylist. I wonder now if the staff are quota driven as I have never had that experience in my 20 plus years with being a loyal guest with great clips and I found that annoying.

Very confident, professional stylist. I felt very comfortable and confident that my hair would look good, and I was right!! Also, by checking in online, I was in and out very quickly. These are the reasons I choose Great clips for every single one of my haircuts.

Went in today for my daughter. She wanted her hair just below her shoulder with layers. Definitely not what we left with. She took off way to much and called the jagged face, framing that she did layers. It’s terrible. My poor daughter was so upset and disappointed. Absolutely Awful.
