Great Clips Eastchase is a great Salon. Always clean. Bimala is such a pleasant person, very professional and polite. My weekly experience there is always peaceful, I close my eyes and relax, she takes care of the rest. I recommend her and this salon to everyone.

In the last week of December 2024, I received a $7.99 coupon for a haircut at this location, but when I went to use it, they claimed it had already been redeemed, even though I hadn’t used it. I provided all necessary proof, including the time-stamped coupon received in my email and the payment receipt from two hours later, but customer service (CustomerService@greatclips.com) just redirected me back and forth without resolution -- until last week. It seems the staff may have mishandled the coupon code while inputting it, though I can't be sure. Overall, this has been very frustrating, and I expected much better customer service.

I received the worst service at the Chapel Hill location in Fort Worth! The manager supposedly put a free cut on my account but I doubt that. I paid for my redo which I wasn’t supposed to have to and it wasn’t good either! I was sitting at work and I can see my reflection in a window and realized my hair is an inch shorter on the left side than the right side! At this point I will not be coming back to Great Clips.

Did my hair just like I asked! I wanted a simple trim on my layers. A little more on the bangs. I told her what I wanted and she did just that. Very nice and did great on my hair. Thank you!

If you want a complex haircut like a low taper fade, dont bother going here, I asked for a low taper fade and they gave me a high fade. They made my sides crooked and faded one side of my head better than the other side.

Something is happening with this place. New people all the time. Just left and it will be my son's final cut here. Patches everywhere on his head not a clean haircut. I got home and finished the cut here. He has the most simplest haircut ever. I don't understand how you can mess it up. The person that cut it today said he has 13 years of experience but never used guards. Idk what experience he has. I wouldn't recommend this place anymore. I wouldn't be surprised if it closes soon. Don't say you were not warned.

This is the worst haircut place i have ever been to. I gave her picture in my phone to show her how i wanted my hair to be and result was all patchy and not faded. My hair looked divided in two sections. I will post pictures of what i have presented to her and what she did. I will not recommend this place at all until you want to waste money. If she was unable she could have said that she cant do it but she kept going.

Blanca did not follow the instructions I gave her. I told her to cut my sides just BELOW my ear lobes, so that my ears are covered. She did just the opposite and now my whole ears show. Glad I had a coupon for a $7.99 haircut and didn't pay full price. No tip for her.

May 30, 2024 update: I did an online check- in for my daughter on a Thursday morning. Upon arrival, there were 2 staff - one was occupied with a customer while the other had none and was free. This other lady named Martha checked in for me and asked to wait. I was wondering why did she not want to immediately cut my daughter's hair as she had no customer. To my astonishment, she quickly attended to her personal phone and started chatting. This went on for like 10 minutes. When she started to cut my kid's hair, she received a phone call and started talking again with her phone on one hand and comb on the other. This is absolutely ridiculous and not ok. Very disrespectful and poor service from her. When you are working and you have a customer waiting, put your phone down. When you are attending to a customer, put your phone down. She had this weird attitude and frown on her face the entire time. I didn't tip her because she didn't deserve it. Management/owner: please take note. ----------------------- I like this location compared to the usual one I would go in Hurst. I found the staff more courteous, friendly and professional in their work. The lady who cut my hair did a fantastic job. Unfortunately I dont know her name .

Went to use my coupon and the lady said it was expired when it was good for nearly a whole month. I brought it to her attention and she said she don't know how to use the coupon. I won't go back to that great clips on Eastchaae I'll just go to a different one
