Hi..I just finished my haircut from great clips. Stylist was"Melanie". She looked so unhappy when she saw me. Hair cut was horrible just less than 10 min she cut my hair. She changed my whole as usual hair style and lining. She was so rushed and the were gossiping each other about there other coworker. My experience was so bad. I will never go "Great Clips" again..

i asked for a nick 30 french fry waves but they made me bald to my skin.laura tried to dig in my butt but only transgender people can. then she tried to put the hair back on my head. then she tried to give me a product in the back but she gave a different product.then she gave hawk tuah and said come to my house later.then she said she would fannum tax my food later and that im not safe she took my knee and now i need knee surgery

I went over there today during my break and Laura cut my hair she's awesome she's very sweet I would recommend her she did a really good job and we were talking about my date that I have on Saturday and how excited I am and she was excited for me I would recommend this place 1000

If I could leave 0 stars I would . They ruined my nieces hair. It’s not even , and is not what she asked for at all!!! Worst place to go . Avoid this place . They have no idea what they are doing!!!! Who gave you your license !!!

My dad was there 83 years old vet waiting for fourth minutes and left was his hat offensive don't know.love the front door (just walk in) never again..

I went in for a shampoo..the lady did not even shampoo my tips..my hair got so hard after the wash..oil is still intact in my hair..just a sheer waste of time and money..never coming back here..at least they should know how to shampoo hair..come on

Never going back! The hair stylist had a really bad attitude problem and would sigh and smack her teeth when I just wanted more off. Came out with a horrible haircut!

Basic cut and style, which was reasonably priced. To my surprise, the curls lasted for days even in the rainy weather we just had.

You come in for an appointment they don't even check you in they take one look at you and decide to be rude and make you wait after people who walked in after you.

I have never had a problem until today. I told the hairdresser I have a job interview today, then she proceeds to absolutely butcher my hair. She left my hair uneven and tried to tell me it looks good. I had another hairdresser come over and try to fix it, and it's still wrong. my sideburns are uneven, my hairline is pushed back, and thanks to them, I look like an idiot. I really hope I can get this job because if I don't, I'm getting that woman fired. She rushed my haircut even though I was the only person in there, and basically calls me a liar when I call out her mistakes. I have never seen this woman before and I hope to god I never see her cutting hair again. Ridiculously unprofessional.

I've used Great clips for about a year with decent haircuts by 2 different ladies . Yesterday a male was there and my turn came up with him so I decided to let him cut my hair . Biggest mistake of my life . I've never had a hair cut this bad . He kept my hair wet and slicked back so I couldn't tell what it looked like until I got home and dried it off . Looked like a serial killer. I called him but he didnt seem to care . It was so bad I took my dog shears and buzzed cut my hair off . Now I'll wear a hat for couple of months .

I’ve used Great Clips for awhile and had good experiences. Today, I received a bad haircut. I informed the man cutting my hair about how I wanted it cut and it turned out far different than any other haircut I’ve had from any other person that cuts hair. Not going back to this location.

My 2nd visit at Bailey Boswell Rd Ste 220, Fort Worth branch was good. Both the manager and hair stylist ensure everything goes smoothly, unlike my first experience. Hair stylists genlemen done a good job and most importantly as I want he done the hair cut. There was a little error but it's alright and acceptable. Thank you team for prompt actions.

My regular beautician was off someone else cut my hair I thought it wasn't short enough told the person that but my words fell on deaf ears. I probably will go somewhere else in the future.

Pretty bad , barely cut any hairs, just used the trimmer with few cuts here & there and she was done in literally few minutes, worst wait cut I’ve ever had . Didn’t take the time to see if the hair looked or not , very robotic, they clearly lack experience in haircutting

This is the worst place to get your hair done. Don’t ever go there. Attaching the photo of my hair and I’d let you decide yourself. The barber has completely ruined the hair, literally went ahead and used trimmer on front of the hair, that explains how skillful these people are. I specifically asked for Finger length on the top and number 1 on side. This guy put water on my head and started trimming, it was shocking - who trims on wet hair? This is ridiculous. He didn’t even help cleaning my face up, left me covered in hair and said “okay, you’re done” … uhhh..: what about hair that’s sticking in the face? You’ve lost the customer today.

Worst experience ever!!! Jermaine was the stylist, and was absolutely terrible. Cut is uneven, one side of the fade is a .5 guard and the other side is a 1. Wouldn't listen to the cut I wanted, just did whatever he wanted. Now I have to pay a different stylist to fix his mess, but won't be at another Greatclips EVER!!!!
