We took my son to this location because our regular girl wasn’t working today and he has picture day tomorrow. My wife took him inside and told this lady (never got her name) exactly how we wanted it cut and what not to cut which was a Fohawk (current cut, just trimmed & cleaned up). She cut it completely opposite than what was asked, didn’t make it look nice, and isn’t even all around. Now his hair looks like crap for picture day…. VERY disappointed in your work. She also had the worst customer service when talking to. If you can’t cut hair properly why are you even in this profession?? Hire better people Great clips. Never again…

Kon (I believe her name was) was super sweet and did very well with my hair, It's been a while since I've let anyone else cut it and I'm in love! She was quiet and meticulous, which helps a lot cause I'm bad at small talk, and it was early morning, she was fantastic!

Always great and friendly service. I have a preferred stylist, but don't want her to be busy when I need a cut. They are always busy anyways.

I had an appointment there at this location at a certain time and soon as I got there the Rep just got my name and told me to have a seat . Everyone else that came in after me the rep would greet them with a smile and tell them how long the wait was. I sat down to get my haircut and the lady was very rude to me like didn't want to touch my hair and it felt like she wanted to hurry fast to get me out the door and didn't say thank you . This place feels very bias if your not a regular customer of there's.

If you want a professionally done haircut, go to Ja. She cuts with a level of precision that youd have to pay double or even triple to get.

I had a very negative experience at Great Clips while waiting for my grandson to get his haircut. During our visit, I witnessed one of the technicians behaving unprofessionally. Instead of addressing her concerns directly, she opted to mouth off to other customers and even made comments to my grandson about wanting me to come into the business. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment. It's disappointing to see that Great Clips employs at least one technician who lacks basic customer service skills and professionalism. Due to this encounter, I have decided that I will not be returning. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to prevent other customers from having similar experiences.

I love great clips. Join the wait-list online, in and out in fifteen minutes if you time it right, boom. I appreciate that I've never gotten pushback about not wanting to talk during the haircut either.

The hairstylist (wished I got her name, Indian lady) chopped all my daughter’s hair off, lady did not do a good job and seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. Did not follow instructions well. She chopped my daughter’s bangs all the way up to her hairline. Who does that!?

Jamie and the crew are 100% professional in all they do. Every time I head in, I know I am coming out looking my best. They have taken the time to get to know me and my family and know the look we want. 5/5, highly recommended by this long time repeat customer! Treat yourself and go to this Great Clips!!

Have been with great clips Noah for almost 10 years and to find out no one would tell us what happened to him or where he is at was very upsetting. I understand this business but am not happy with others haircuts and business practices.

The lady that cut my sons hair was lovely and she did a wonderful job. The other woman (larger with long blonde hair), however, was rude to my daughter and I- I was shocked by her unprofessionalism and would never let her near any of my children.

I have been a customer of Great Clips for many years. My favorite location is Timberland and Jamie V is my favorite Stylist! She's always personable, friendly & my cut is great everytime! Thank you, Jamie!

If I could give less than 1star I would. My husband goes to Great Clips & occasionally takes one of our son’s with him. Today I said he could take our 9 year old daughter to get her dead ends trimmed. She came back home & her hair is so short there is no way the person that cut her hair followed instructions. We will NEVER come back and I regret not taking her to the salon I normally take her to. The person at the other salon asks before cutting a certain amount of hair, if it’s okay before she cuts it. This was definitely not the case at Great Clips. Worst experience ever, she no longer has the longest hair in the house.
