Luck was super nice and because my hair was falling out from dialysis she was professional and nice enough to try and fix my bald spots. In the end I went bald but it takes a professional to at least try and help the situation out. She also gave me a clips of kindness which ultimately made my day so much better, especially when it came to getting my prescriptions later. She needs a RAISE GREATCLIPS!!

"I'm a regular customer here and have always been happy with the service. However, today was different. There was a new stylist named Jose who cut my son's hair, and unfortunately, he made some mistakes. I wasn't pleased with the way he communicated, as he seemed distracted by his phone. Despite showing him a picture of my son's desired haircut, he still didn't quite get it right. I'm disappointed with the outcome and hope this can be addressed."

I left my barber of 16y because he messed up my hair, came here with my son an nephew, a nice woman cut my hair I loved the hair cut, second time I went a guy cut my hair and it was nice, third time I went the same guy cut my hair but completely messed it up, cut it too short, just chopped, some places long, the fade wasn’t done, told him of the mistake and he completely gave up on fixing it he said the haircut was done. We all have bad days I understand that, I I normally do a comb over. Now I’ll have to pay another place to give me a buzz cut. Very unfortunate. I like everyone there, they are friendly and fast but now I have a bad haircut and meetings first thing in the morning. I’m not saying not to go there, I will continue coming, maybe just without another barber just keep things in mind a that’s what reviews are for.

Always had to pick and choose my cutter when I get to the place. Some cutter are great but not all of them. Know who to avoid.

I don't know what's going on with this place but today I got a haircut from a tall, dark man with grey side burns and reeked of cigarettes. I cut the session short because I just didn't want to inhale that burnt bud stentch from his fingers any longer. I got home and my wife asked me why I smelled like cigarettes. I told her a my hair was touched for 15min by a smoker. Absolutely not the professional experience I've come to love by Great Clips.

Yo tenía muy buenas expectativas sobre ese lugar las personas que nos habían atendido siempre habían Sido amables pero hace una semana lleve a mi hija a cortarse el cabello y la señora que le atendió le dijo que no fuera a empezar a llorar por el corte que mi hija había pedido y después le dijo que ella no hacía ese tipo de cortes sinceramente ella no decide que tipo de cortes uno se debe hacer y si no quería cortarle el cabello a mi hija solo lo hubiera dicho y ya la verdad yo si quedé muy molesta con las cosas que le dijo la señora a mi hija
