Just had a bad haircut and feel it was rushed and the back wasn't lined up and a puffy place that wasn't cut on the back of my head, smh it wasn't someone who normally cuts my hair and it sucks to get a crappy haircut. Sideburns are crooked smh and didn't get the hair wiped from my forehead. I'll be going to a regular barbershop from now on!

Hola. I have been patronizing this establishment on a consistent basis for a few years now. And for each and every visit, all has been bueno in da 'hood. There has never been negative vibes about this monumental joint of good cuts and great clips. Do you like how I worked that in? Whatever is clever! Holla, schola! Lo siento for my review, as I attempt to be more positively unusual on how I evaluate and review on places and locations that I have had the pleasure to visit. Anyway, enough of the excrement (I cannot use what I endearingly want to express, because the censors are annoyingly reading, and also the fact that I do not want to be permanently banned yet again. I have been doomed by both 'X' and Reddit, for being a 'bad boy'. I am the 1980's version of Sean Penn, when he was in the experience of kicking the Jenny Craig keisters of the paparazzi. Lady Gaga, there lies your cue). Okay, enough of the fun stuff. Let's get down and dirty with this review, cool cats. All was golden, from the beginning aspect of reserving a spot with my Pac Bell pager to the point when I was being chopped at the mane. I was given the great clip I was in desire of and that is enough for me. I read other reviews here that are quite negative, but in totality, I did not experience any type of negativity radiating from the staff. I cannot verbalize for the reviewers who attempt to egotistically undermine with hate, as that is their mantra of being angry most of the time, with a mighty oak tree branch up their soiled corn hole. Yes, my review is very long (that is what she said), and girthy (that is what she said again upon insertion). Kudos chocolate bars to this location of the Great Clips dojo. There is nothing amiss here. All is well on the Herndon and Ingram vibe. The salonistas or tress artists as they should be applying to their craft masterpieces, should be honored a spot at next year's (2025) Super Bowl half time extravaganza before they masterfully cut the hairs of Peso Pluma as he sings, 'I Left My Corazon In Great Clips', followed by the singing of all songs in the Broadway production of 'Hair'. Fantastic work, ladies. To quote Ahnuld Schwarzenegga, "I will be back, with a achy back! Holla, balla! Furreal! Game-changa!" Ciao pascau!

I’ve been here a few times since last year and I’ve had great service especially from a really cool lady named Lorena but today Wednesday, June 19 I go in. I check in about 1020AM and a little after me two ladies come in and after the two workers finished with their clients, guess who they called first the two ladies…that came in after me and I also seen on the screen that I was next before they showed up which doesn’t make sense. Why would they just ignore me like that and not even give me an update or anything until I went up to the worker and all she tells me is you’re next so I just walk out. that’s messed up of them.

Totally jacked up my hair. I just wanted a simple wedge. Short in back longer in front. It's chopped in two layers short uneven in front on one side. Other side totally different and longer. It's a simple hair cut how do you mess it up? 😥wish I could show a picture. Ladies beware!

It's a haircut... I Always check in online. However, no matter how many minutes it indicates the wait will be. I always have to wait another 20 or 30 minutes. It is never accurate and does not seem to be much advantage to checking online

For the first time in 9 years I left unsatisfied.I was in the chair for less than 8 minutes as she gave me a number 3 cut i asked her to blend it in to my 5 pm beard and Service and cut were totally unacceptable for 8 minute

I had my hair cut the Saturday before I stopped in here. I went to Super Cuts near River Park, my hair was a friggin mess. I couldn't do anything with it. So, I went to Great Clips, Susie was able to cut my hair the way I wanted and fix the mess from Super Cuts. Susie is an amazing stylist, she knows what she's doing. Thank you so much for fixing my haircut, you now have me as a client.,,😃👍

This place forever has my business. Always polite/friendly & clean when I go in there. The online check in app is the best thing they’ve done. Makes it so easy to put myself on the list and do what I need to do. Highly recommend.

I asked for curtain bangs and that was really all I was prepared for. She said if I wanted a trim I said a small one if it needs it. She then proceeds to give me a trim but also thin out the ends of my hair so it’s not so “heavy”. She took way too much and left me coming home crying. I always get anxiety when I get my hair cut for this exact reason. I’m super sad but hopeful it won’t take too long to get back to where it was. 😩
