Fantastic. Luis (The hairdresser) was really good. He exactly understood what I wanted and did exactly that. Very happy. He is my regular hairdresser and exactly knows what needs to be done.

The ice lady that got my hair actually listened and cut it the exact way I like it, I have a near Perfect head of hair and she was kind and helpful .

I had had gotten a haircut with the stylist Alma. She did a horrible job, I asked for an inch off and she did more of 2-3 inches off. She destroyed my hair, cutting off all of my precious virgin curly hair. I do not recommend going here, the stylists do not know their measurements on cutting. Alma does not know how to cut hair whatsoever, I gave her a photo of a girl with nice curly layered hair and she let me go out bald.

Not recommended ! Hanna or Anna was beyond rude to my 4 yr old because she got out school and had some tangles and was yanking her hair crazy and kept saying we don’t untangle hair here she obviously don’t got experience in curly hair ..so I stopped her and bought a brush for $16 and untangled it n less then 2 minutes and asked for another stylist. She was Very rude irritated at my daughter when she did nothing wrong. Plus the boy after my daughter got up got a fade from her n didn’t like his haircut cus it was uneven but she didn’t bother fixing it..lady with really short hair left side of salon I think her name Alex she made our experience way better thanks girl ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I used the Online checkin and the wait was less than 5 minutes. The Stylist was friendly and did a great job. If I could I would always request her.

Did not have an appointment but stopped in anyway to see if could be squeezed in. Was reprimanded harshly and publicly for not getting an appointment. Very rude. Never go there again a d tl my children not to go there anymore for many grandchildren..see how this works? Respect is warranted in business.

Rude girl at the counter wouldn't cut hair without a phone number can't walk in and walk out have to give phone number to cut hair really ridiculous price was 40$ to cut two childrens hair (boys) stay away from this place and go to top cut never going there again
