I moved to Greensboro a year and a half ago I met Miss Kat who was kind enough and blunt enough to help me with my hair. Since that encounter I only see her and I prefer my boys to see her as well she is friendly and knowledgeable always polite and makes the experience an absolute pleasure

I took my 11 year old here today. We did not check in online. Walked in only 2 customers in store when we arrived. The 2 lady's cutting hair looked up from giving the haircuts, made eye contact but never greeted us or asked if we needed to check in. After 5 min and another person came in I finally had to speak up to have my son checked in. The blond headed older lady finally called my son. The lady's were very slow moving and honestly both of them acted like they didn't want to be there and did not enjoy their job. I showed a very basic hairstyle picture to give an idea of the haircut my son wanted. 3 guard on sides and back, a little longer on top and bangs that u can gel up. That's it. Should have been easy. The lady when finished put so much product in his hair it was caked and so stiff u could separate his hair. When we got home I noticed his neck line was a inch longer on one side than the other. I fixed that part and had him take a shower. His hair after the shower was ridiculously uneven. He had chunks on top a 1/2 inch difference in length and a chunk in the middle much shorter than the rest. I spent $18 for haircut and a $5 tip for a butcher job. Now the over done hair gel job she did made sense and why she rushed us out the door. I do not recommend unless u want your hair shaved. My son's hair is so short there is nothing I can do but also over gel and pray it grows fast. Awful!

I loved my experience with Natasha. Her energy and personality radiants! I appreciate her taking the time with me and explaining everything to me. It's been awhile since I had a haircut and she did a fabulous job. I feel so much lighter! My husband also saw her before and she did a wonderful job as well. 😍 I definitely recommend Natasha! From check-in and check out everything was perfect and quick !

I stopped by here and was in and out on a Sunday. Jess got me just right. I haven't had a cut with this clean of a fade since I left the Army, and that lineup is perfect. A+++ Y'all ask for Jess for real.

Called before coming, but they had the door locked 40 minutes before they closed. Apparently closed because they were “busy”. Store hours on the door said open until 9. We got there at 6:25

Currently I live close to this location so I did the walk in. They told me 30 minute wait, so I went across the street and filled up my gas tank at the gas station. Came back, only had to wait a few more minutes. Great customer service and very fair pricing. I always tip those who work on my hair. These people did stellar work.

Service was good. My initial call to book an appointment was disappointing. I was asked if I'd made an appointment on line, I replied no. I was then directed to go to their app and make an appointment. I've been in customer service for approximately 30 years. If I have a customer on the phone, I'm not going to tell them to hang up and go to another source for an appointment. I'm going to book that appointment, right then. It's the idea of customer service.

First time hairstylist was great but at the second hair cut, the another lady who cut that hair of my son was rushing and like someone mowing the weeds from my son’s head. I’m not gonna go there anymore.

Honestly I think they just like ruining life's at this great clips honestly who hired any of u to cut hair I was so disappointed.i m not exaggerating it is so bad that Im Abt to cry if u want a good haircut go somewhere else plz I'm trying to save u and it was 19$😤

Very nice place. The ladies were very kind and helpful to my wife who had just broken her ankle a few days before and was going in for surgery the next day. Gave her a wash and cut.
