I went for my 5 year old son for haircut on Nov 16th. They did pathetic hair cut from front which looks like someone unprofessional just did scissor cut.They should keep who are professional barbers.

Great job, but honestly, it's gotten way way to expensive. I doubt I'll be going to any Great Clips again. They cost as much as private salons. I might as well go to a private salon from now on I mean, $18 for a clipper cut? No tha ks, not anymore.

I've been getting my hair cut once a month at this Great Clips for almost two years and the experience has always been very positive. As someone who typically opts for a fade, I have always been particular about how my hair is cut. Although the stylists keep notes, I always recommend taking photos of your favorite hair cut and showing them for reference. In my case, Cheryl, the store manager, is my preferred stylist but I also feel comfortable getting my hair cut by anybody else she recommends. As a matter of fact, the manager encourages all customers to call before coming to the salon to make sure that your favorite stylist will be available that day. There have been a few times when I have chosen to wait for a stylist I trusted to be available and it never was an issue. From the moment I walk in at this Great Clips, I'm greeted with smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that immediately sets the tone for a great visit. The salon itself is impeccably clean and well-organized. The seating area is comfortable, and the wait time is always minimal if you take the time to check on the app how long the wait time is before you decide to check in online. One of the standout aspects of my visits to this Great Clips is the professionalism and skill of the stylists. Every stylist I've encountered has been knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about their job. They take the time to listen to exactly what I want and ensure they understand my preferences before starting the cut. This personalized attention makes a world of difference and is a big part of why I keep coming back. There was one instance where I wasn't satisfied with my hair cut (the fade wasn't done properly) so after a week I showed up again and told Cheryl what had happened. She apologized and fixed my hair for free. On a regular visit, I just tell my stylist the type of fade I want, I show them some pictures and they usually offer some expert advice on what might suit my face shape and hair type best. They always get to work with enthusiasm, ensuring that every aspect of the fade is perfectly blended and even taking extra time with the scissors and the razor. What truly sets the Garden Creek Center Great Clips apart, in my experience, is their level of care and consideration and how hard all the stylists work to maintain high standards of service. I've never witnessed an uncomfortable situation or a dissatisfied customer while waiting in line to get my haircut. Another aspect I appreciate is the affordability of their services. Despite the great quality of the haircuts, Great Clips offers competitive pricing, especially if you take the time to search for coupons online. Almost every time I get a hair cut I have a coupon and the stylists aren't bothered to run it to check if it applies at their salon. I always leave the salon feeling incredibly satisfied with my fresh fade and already looking forward to my next visit. Great Clips at Garden Creek Center has consistently provided me with top-notch service, a fantastic haircut, and an overall excellent experience. I wholeheartedly recommend my local Great Clips to anyone in search of a reliable, professional, and friendly hair salon. Needed a hair cut today so I went to the app and signed in. I was headed to the Garden Creek location .Only a five minute wait time and it takes longer than that to get there. They greeted me and basically knew that it was me by the order on the list. Less than five minutes later I was sitting in a chair and getting my hair cut. Sam did a really great job and was very professional. I was out the door in about 15 minutes! Great cut, almost no wait and fast service. Great place for a haircut! Thanks Great Clips!

Best Great Clips in the triad! I drive out of my way to come to this location just because of how great everyone is. I stopped by for a quick clean-up in between cuts, and my son needed a cut. Although he was a wiggle worm, the lady who cut his hair was so patient and even pulled up pictures to be sure of the cut he wanted. He is typically shy to new situations and people, and by the end, he was talking, at ease, and wants to come back here only!

Please accept my apologies for giving two stars. It is not for a hairstylist, but for the accounting department. Five dollar state minimum tip for $18 haircut, doesn’t sound right to me. Thank God I can afford, and I didn’t make a fuss about it but as a consumer, there is a minimum percentage for those people who cannot afford. Before writing this, I thought many times, but I have two speak up my mind. 28% tip for haircut and that to minimum it’s just 😮. Usually I get four dollars every cut but this time I felt obligated and forced which is not right . I didn’t want it to offend hairstylist, but I see some where consumers get cheated.
