Well, where should I start? First of all? I walked in and the lady asked me behind the counter or no actually she was cutting somebody’s hair me did I do a mobile check and yes I did and I gave her my name and she said I got you well so they went down the list and everybody that had a green beside their name saying they were in salon. I was the only one that was not so they kept going down the list sure enough I was the next one and she never did check me in after the salon for 30 minutes waiting to get a haircut Blum they bypassed me and call the gentleman right after me great clips how are you going to reverse me for 30 minutes that I sit in your salon waiting even though the drive over there mobile app check in which I thought would’ve been but with her, not taking the time to physically walk over to the counter like everybody does whenever I get my haircut they stop cutting my hair walk over to the counter, but this lady did not want to stop doing what she was doing And then with her not doing that she forgot to so I just walked out and I guess I will just go to another Great Clips because I have a coupon but it just won’t be the store

I wear a very simple pixie cut. Sides were uneven, & cut around ears was completely asymmetrical. Luckily, I wear glasses & can hide this until it grows out. I usually have a good experience at this salon, so I was very disappointed. I think the stylist must not have had much experience.

I have been a customer of Great Clips for many years. I have never had a bad hair cut. Since my hair is gray now I needed a change. I brought in a picture of how I wanted my hair cut and my stylist this time was super great. I got the perfect hair cut and she recorded in my profile my new look for the next time.
