I had a few minutes this morning and wanted to get my hair cut and my beard trimmed. Usually, when I go to get this somewhere it isn’t the best experience. However, Jocelyn was very precise, listened to what I was wanting and did a wonderful job.

My wife and I just went in for a quick cut. We were the only ones there. Mr Charles and Jessica were very friendly and professional.

I was disappointed with my cut I received from Charles today. I go to this great clips normally and I had good results. The last 2 times I’ve had Charles and I was not satisfied. I wished I could get back to the ladies cutting my hair again but you don’t have a choice.

I don’t leave many reviews but I just have to let you know how amazing Sierra is! I am in town visiting family and we decided to do some family photos. In a pinch I brought my son to the salon. My son is not a fan of haircuts but Sierra not only cut his hair accurately but in a great time frame. In the beginning he wanted to cry but she kept making him laugh and comforting him in a way no stylist has ever done. If I lived in this area I would absolutely continue to come back to her and refer her to anyone that will listen. Thank you Sierra, you are amazing at your job!

Great haircut and the stylist are great. However, wish they would give coupons for money off a haircut. We don't use the products.

Seems to be hit and miss with this location. I just moved back to the area and when approached (not greeted) I was grilled about my address in the system. I was rudely told I had two previous addresses in the system and they would need to update my address. She updated my address as she was huffing profusely? Elizabeth actually cut my hair and was a sweetheart! I’ll still avoid this location in the future, I just refuse to invest in rudeness.

The lady who cut my hair definitely followed corporate timing. I doubt that she used up more than 6 minutes. The cut was really bad. My bangs did not even deserve the description "bowl cut". As a matter of fact, I fixed them myself - as best as I could. Then, with tip (I tipped in spite of the terrible cut because the lady was following the corporate directive) i paid $23 for a haircut. A simple haircut and nothing more. If corporate plans to continue to demand and monitor stylists to follow the 10 minute directive per haircut, then they need to charge not a penny more than $7.00 per cut. The brazen greed inherent in such a ridiculous policy is shameful and disgusting. I will not darken the doorway of a Great Clips store (i can't in good faith call it a Salon and I will not insult barbershops so I'm left with "store".). Great Clips falls way way short of anything Great so I will run them No Clips. Notably a close friend went to No Clips also and I was appalled at the sloppy cut he had. He went to a Sports Clips to get his mess repaired. DOWN WITH THE 10 MINUTE LIMIT! The good cuts I have gotten were from stylists who ignored the limit end took the time that it takes to satisfy a customer. They probably were fired. I hope they left and became employed at a real Salon. People pursuing a Cosmetology license don't attempt to learn to cut badly. That's forced on them by corporate greed.

Beautician was very nice. However, was asked to leave the top long and didn’t. Was asked to make back and sides short and didn’t. Also put odd short areas beside his ears that we had to have fixed before a school dance.

I was able to be seen immediately at this location due to its close proximity to a grocery store and perhaps is not very noticeable. The stylist did a reasonable job cutting my hair, which can be challenging due to hair loss and the nature of some of my hair having a natural curl. I would have preferred a little more fullness to be left in the back, but it will grow out in time.

Last week I walked and asked about a specfic type of haircut. Their was no customers inside and about six people sitting in chairs waiting on a customer. Everyone was friendly, except one heavy sit girl. That's the only description I have of her. I thanked everyone for my answering my question. Literally one of the girls response was.... Yay, okay whatever. I decided not to spend a dime here with her being so rude. I usually tell a person like that where to go, but I just decided don't to be a patron.
