I wanted to thank Ms Vanessa who did a great job cutting my short hair. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend her if you need a short pixie cut.

I have occasionally had very good haircuts from this Great Clips, but I have also had some of the worst haircuts I have ever had from here. There are 1 or 2 ladies who know how to cut hair, but the others don't have any idea what they are doing, including the manager. I agree with another person's review that the hair cutters focus more on other customer's conversations rather than doing their job. The most recent haircut I got from here looked absolutely terrible with unevenly cut bangs and extremely unevenly cut hair on the top of my head. My hair grew out looking completely messed up. I will definitely be getting my hair cut elsewhere from now on. EDIT: I gave them one more try and my hair turned out absolutely horrible again. I absolutely do not recommend coming here.

Just got my haircut by Demecia, she did an excellent job and was very thorough on asking me how exactly I wanted it. I appreciate her taking the time to be professional & make sure I was satisfied and she kept me very entertained throughout my experience with our conversation. I'll definitely be back here again

Great clips on woodruff road was the worst experience at any hair salon I’ve ever had. I had a manager named Vanessa cut my hair. This lady was the rudest and most disrespectful I’ve ever met. Not to mention it is utterly embarrassing having her as a manager. When I first go to take a seat Vanessa asks “are you ready”, I tell her yes and go sit in her seat. She walks over with a frown on her face huffing and puffing when I tell her how I want my hair cut. Which was a simple easy trim. Then when she gets done. I ask her I wanted it cut a little more and she says no it won’t look good. So then I say it’s how I’ve always had my hair cut and it’s always looked good. So after that she proceeds to say are you sure, and at this point I’m scared she’s gonna try to hurt me if I keep trying to tell her to cut it how I won’t so I tell her alright it’s fine. Then I proceed to go outside the door where my grandad is at and he ask, “did she even cut it?” And I say “no” she didn’t do it right but let’s go because I don’t want her to cut my hair anymore anyways. “So effortless especially for a manager.” Don’t let Vanessa ever cut your hair she will not provide terrible and effortless work, while sitting there huffing and puffing pouting, and I’m over here like lady this is your job, at least do it right!! Shame on you Vanessa! Shame on you for hiring poor management Great Clips! Anyone else would’ve been better at management position! Will never go back and I will call corporate!!

This great clips is one of the best great clips I’ve been too. I go out of my way every time I need a haircut to go to them and they do an excellent job every time. Mel has a great attitude she’s always in a good mood. Dee always makes sure to meet your expectations if not exceed them. Donna is so sweet and always has a smile. Vanessa is the manager, a very good on at that she goes above and beyond for this store. She makes sure guest are satisfied, taken care of, leaving happy. She always has a good attitude and interacts with her guest, and I love coming to see all of them. If you are in a need of a good hair cut this is the place you want to go! Their salon is always so well kept. Their products are always stocked up and they help you in every way they can possible.

Extremely disappointed. The hairdresser who did my husband’s hair was too bad. She took too short time to cut his hair when no one was waiting. She was more interested in another hairdresser’s customer conversation than cutting my husband’s hair. She left some hair on the neck and when I asked her to cut those she’s like “let's get the payment done first.” After payment was done she cut the leftover hair. I regret tipping her $5! After shower my husband noticed uneven cuts like razor slipped on some area. And some long left hair on some areas. Too bad! She needs retraining! See picture!

Great hair cut for a wedding. Bought some volumizer. The stylists are talented and knowledgeable, and the location was clean. I would highly recommend.

Horrible. The stylist had no interest in providing with proper service which I paid for. #1. Paid for a shampoo. She applied one application of shampoo and only completed the top and sides of my head. DID NOT ATTEMPT TO WASH THE BACK OF MY HEAD. #2. Spent less than 5 minutes cutting my hair. Gave me a towel and told me she was finished. No combing, no blow drying or hair product to relax the cut. Horrible and so disrespectful!!! Never would I have imagined that someone in the service business would not care about the quality of the service. Uneven on the sides and back. My wife had to attempt to correct the issue. Told her that I would not go back to that location for a free follow up visit due to the disgust with my visit.

I wish I was listened to. I've tried twice now. Instead of 3-4 inches, she cut around 8. I asked for layers and there are none. I'm devastated. I just wanted to feel pretty after my postpartum hair fallout, and I can't even stand to look in the mirror. I'll be fixing it myself, I guess.

Nice place for a quick haircut. Hardly ever a wait. Im not picky about my cut but extra attention to service depends on which stylist you get. I’m a Sr male and sometimes they offer to trim my eyebrows and the top of my old ears. Sometimes not. I tip more to the ones who do. 😊

Older lady cut my 3 year old daughters bangs, didn’t wet her hair and completely messed them up. It looks like my daughter did it herself. Very unhappy.
