Have been to three great clips within the 15mile radius and this one wins. They are a great location with even better staff. Ladies are friendly and actually have the willingness to listen and assist.

The stylist Amber Brand was AMAZING! I went in to get just some face framing and after she did that she kindly explained that the back of my hair was not cut even (sooo embarrassing!) but she said it so nicely and I felt so comfortable! She ended up giving me a full haircut and I am INLOVE!! Not to mention, I only was in there for a little bit. She was so fast! I will be telling everyone about her!

Good place for a haircut BUT $18 for a senior haircut, I don't have $18 worth of hair!

Had to get my hair touched up after haircut. Original barber charged $20 to unevenly shave both sides of my head. I do not think this individual was aware of what blended/faded was until I realized that the barber himself had a blended haircut. Could of gave myself a haircut and use the money.

I called to ask if the UPS store which is right next door to Great clips (Old Buncombe Rd) was open and I couldn't even get the manager to look to see if they were open.. Really sad that you can't have somebody to just take a look and see if the store is open and answer a simple question.. Really pathetic! I certainly wouldn't trust the service provided at this location if they can't answer a simple question!!

Just went to this location to get my hair fixed from being butchered by the Cherrydale location. I had Kristen, and she did absolutely amazing. She was so kind and understood exactly what I wanted! I felt so seen at this location, and she made me feel like a million bucks! Thank you, Kristen. You're an amazing person inside and out!

Everywhere else costed $50 or more with either no walk-in or a long wait, but Great Clips was only $18 and had no wait. Staff was sweet, and Heidi did a fantastic job with my haircut, making sure I liked the length and cut style before I left. Easy five stars.

After finding out person who usually cuts my hair ( not with great clips ) was ill and unable to cut my hair I decided to try this place. Worst cut I received in years. I probably wasn't in the chair 5 minutes. Won't be going back

Finally I found a hair salon that I was very pleased with my haircut. All of the stylist we're very friendly and polite. I would most definitely recommend other people who are looking for a good salon visit the salon on Old Buncombe Road.

I went to this location a few weeks ago for a haircut and I LOVED the two stylists that were there that day! I went about an hour before closing but they were happy to help anyways and were so patient with me! I told them I’ll be coming back to this location and I’m keeping my word! Can’t wait for the next visit!

Tired of having to touch up my hair cut right behind them. This is the third time I have had to get out my clippers to touch up spots they miss on my cut. I have a very simple cut and they always rush through it, but still charge me the same price as more difficult cuts. I am done with them!!!
