I went there this morning at 8:57 am. A tall lady opened the door. I knew that they open at 9 am . I tried the door at 9 . She didn’t open the door. I waited till 9:05 but she kept ignoring me. She kept going back forth . She didn’t do any explanation. As if she waiting for me to leave so that she won’t do my hair cut. And I had to go to another place. Very disrespectful. Not coming back

Hair cut. I wanted my hair cut short but she went by information on my card so I will need to get my hair cut in two weeks because it has grown out too soon.

I called before going in and was told they were to busy to answer my question. I booked an appt. thru the app which was very easy. When i arrived they were not busy and i was seen immediately. I was pleased with the haircut & chit chat that Kelly gave me. Fyi. If they don't answer the phone right away is it would be rude to haircuts in progress. Understandable. Overall, a good experience and friendly place. I would recommend.

I had never been to a Great Clips before. They specialize in haircuts. She was quick at cutting my hair and afterward I loved it! I plan to return in the near future.

Our family enjoys getting our hair cut at the Southport & Bluff location in Indianapolis because the staff is friendly. The stylists do a phenomenal job of making sure that our hair is cut correctly, and in a timely manner. And if there are ever any issues with a haircut one got the staff is happy to listen, and get the issue resolved.
