I went in for what should have taken me a 15 minute haircut I already knew I had to wait, wasn't too worried about the wait time. When it was my turn, that 15 minute haircut took 45 minutes... Now why can you tell me how a 15 minute haircut took 45 minutes

Idk, does this look like a layered bob to you guys? She originally cut it longer in the back and way shorter in the front (the opposite of a typical bob). I asked her to fix that and the asymmetry. this is how it looked after the fix - 2" shorter than I wanted and still asymmetrical. I had to fix it at home. :(

Fantastic place to get a haircut! The staff really does put the GREAT in Great Clips! It's a shame the salon was hidden behind a bunch of trees, made it very hard to find on the GPS, and thats why i gave 4 stars. That being said once you find this hidden gem, you'll never want to get a haircut anywhere else again.

Fantastic shop! Love all the stylists! Only major disappointment it took forever to actually find the location. All of those trees on 38th blocked my view completely I drove past it 3 times! Someone needs to do something about this!

I originally got an uneven haircut at this place from an older lady, which was a first since I’ve been going here for a few years. The manager was contacted and fixed it at no charge. It looks so much better and I appreciate the help getting it fixed. I still would recommend this place and will definitely be coming back now that it is fixed.

Got a haircut from Tony and he did a great job. Super nice guy. Marnette cut my son’s hair. She’s always a delight when coming in. Madison is also a rockstar. You’ll definitely leave with a smile on your face and a fresh cut.

The last 3 times that I've been here, I have had to have my wife finish/clean up my haircut! This last time was the final straw. No paper around my neck, used a kids size cover, asked for a square neck line and ended up with an upside down arch, couldn't take the 10 seconds to blow off the cut hair from off my face or from out my beard.
