Worst hair cut ive got ever actually lol, I dont remember the womans name but she royally messed my hair up even after being given a reference picture and me explaining the way id like it cut, She had said she owns the store. waste of time and money

I have been a customer for over 5 years Three days ago I called to make an appointment. Call would not go through . Tried several times no answer. I finally drive there only to find out they have a new number. I told them I tried to call and was told new number but new owners won’t put number of site I guess the new owners don’t want customers to call.might need to rethink going there if I can’t make an appointment.

Went to get my adult child hair cut a few days ago. It was the worst haircut ever. Beth cut her hair. Some areas on top were 1/2 inch. I even sent a former cut she had gotten by Melissa. Took her to a different place, and they did make it look much more even. I was highly disappointed with Beth. She has shown the ability to cut others' hair well. I went the following day as I was so distraught as to why she would give her the worst hair cut off her life. Beth refunded the cost of the cut and never apologized. I will send pictures to managers if needed. We have come to this business multiple times. This is the first time I have been absolutely disgusted with a service. Yes, she was informed to leave the top long. This is the first 1-star review I have ever given. This business has received 5 star ratings from myself previously.

Great Clips is an amazing place to go to get haircuts. I love having Crystal cut my hair and be able to talk with. Crystal is a kind and down to earth woman. People should come to Great Clips

I've been coming here for the last 10 years. Every so often you get a bad stylist. But more then not it's always a good visit. This time, my stylist was perfect! She did amazing, my hair is perfect and now I want it. ❤️ Will be asking for her everytime.

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Beth for awhile now, and she always does a great job. She always cuts it the way I want it to look even when I change it up a little. I will continue to go to great clips and see Beth.
