I like going to Great Clips at 7002 Lake Plaza Dr.. The barbers are very professional and most of all they make sure you are happy before you leave.

I’ve been to great clips before at a different location & had a great experience. Sad to say my experience at this location was the complete opposite. The women there lacked hospitality and interest in me wanting services and there’s a way to question if someone is wearing their real hair or extensions.. without assuming they’re wearing a wig. Very unwelcoming to people of other races.

The scheduling app is useful. Stylists vary, but most are competant and friendly. Keep an eye out for coupons, but increase the tip.

This Avalon site has a very high turn over. DO NOT get used to your stylist as she/ he won't be there next visit. The hours of operation and days open have changed as well. Not sure who the overseer is of this branch is, but it could sure use some consistency.

I brought an out of state coupon and asked if it would be honored. The response was that we would find out after they ring me up! REALLY? I said I wanted to know beforehand. So they looked up and said that it won't be honored. The price was too high, so I left.

My son stopped in at 5:30. He's blind. He took an Uber by himself only to be told "we're closed". I checked your website and it says open til 6pm. He wanted only a trim. He has one length long hair. Nothing complicated and he's BLIND. I'm a retired beautician and I know I would have taken 10 minutes to trim a blind kids hair. Shame on you. I'm so disgusted and sad that you treated him this way. He's standing outside your shop now waiting on another Uber. I hope you sleep well tonight knowing your selfish and heartless behavior hurt someone. I hope others see this and go to a kinder place. Karma will come for you. I can't believe there's not one woman in there that would take him. Hes a big tipper because of his disability & appreciates the help of others. You failed. Do better Great Clips!

Had never been to this Great Clips before and found the stylists great. My husband got a very nice hair cut. We'll be back!

Amazing and talented stylist. We have tried a lot of different places for my husbands hair because it’s a pain in the butt 🤣 but the stylist was amazing. I wish I remembered her name. Another stylist did our son’s hair back in early August and she was fantastic too!

Didn't realized I needed an appointment but the person was late to theirs when I arrived and she was able to cut mine and get to them in a quality manner and appeal in less than 10 minutes. Awesome job!

This used to be a great location and got 5 great haircuts. The last 2 times both stylists (who I had not seen before) rushed through the haircut and left multiple spots that were not done that I had to trim when I got home. Sad that the new staff are not doing as great of a job as previous staff.
