Got mine and my boyfriends haircut today and they both are horrible... my is completely uneven and his I had to come home and recut it I'm pissed I spent $50 on shitty haircuts

I go to a different great clips almost every haircut just based on wait times. Come in here where it said 0 wait and then sat for about ten minutes while 3 stylists sat. One got up from reading a book and said "sorry I thought someone grabbed you" ok whatever. Ask for a shampoo and cut, she does the shampoo with no towel around me, ok whatever. I'm most annoyed with the fact that every other great clips blow dries my hair at least to just be damp rather than soaking when cutting. She doesn't and then I asked for an inch or so taken off and get less than an inch, she doesn't even turn me to make sure it's even. I thought she was gonna trim this one spot that looked longer than the rest, but she just unclipped my cape and said alright that's it! Not even an ounce of conversation made throughout this 15 minute shampoo/cut. Waste of $31

It was terrible to say the least I had a older woman and she sprayed my hair with a excessive amount of water getting my shirt really wet and then she made me lean my head to get my hair cut I asked for a inch above the shoulder and now I have that’s length for some of my hair the front of it is a chin length bob on one side and a lot longer on the other side and there are a lot of random hairs that are about a inch longer than everything else I also had to leave on sopping wet hair so I couldn’t tell it was bad I hate this hair and now I have to find ways to hide it

To ensure I got the simple cut that I asked for, I showed the stylist a picture (attached) and blatantly asked her if she could do this cut, especially since the last stylist i had was able to cut and style it the exact same way that I showed her in the picture. I just needed a trim basically. She did not layer the top of my hair like I asked at all and the cut literally took about 5 minutes. She did nothing to style it like I asked and no, it did not include a wash.

I told the elder lady how I wanted my hair she went got iPad pulled up the pic of the hair style I wanted ...she was cutting and cutted half my hair FAR FROM THE PIC.. ONE SIDE LOOKS GOOD OTHER SIDE NOT SO MUCH..!! MY HAIR CUT WAS VERY TERRIBLE NOW IM GOING AROUND WITH HAIR CUT FROM THERE....I THOUGHT I FOUND THE PLACE THAT KNEW HOW TO CUT HAIR ...BEEN THERE WAY OVER A FEW TIMES AND I WAS SATISFIED.. BUT TODAY WAS A BIG LET DOWN AND WALKING AROUND WITH A BAD HAIR.... CAN ANYONE CUT HAIR ANYMORE.???

IF ANY Great Clips lets you down, ...fix it elsewhere!!! Forget about their (lack of) "customer service." This locale was asked to repair another store's mess. They were not too happy to do so. ...and, they failed.

Came in for a haircut and beard. Got taken immediately with Debbie. She did a great job especially with my long curly hair and curly beard. She recommended a good detangling product to try as well. Great service.

This one didnt work out so well. New lady kinda rushed through my cut, with a clipper. Asked if I wanted "like last time" but clipped VERY short on the sides, no fade. Maybe next time

I have been going to this Great Clips for approx. 2 years with no problems. When I went in yesterday for a hair cut the stylist started as usual, then before cutting she sprayed my hair with something scented (with my glasses off I could not tell what the bottle was) I asked what it was and she said conditioner. I could not believe she had sprayed me with something that was not water without water without asking, I have allergies to a lot of different soaps, lotions and other products. She said she would put it down not to use it next time. Who does this kind of thing? I had a headache the rest of the evening from the smell, I never thought to say not to use it because it just never occurred to me that with so many people having different allergies or breathing issues that I would be sprayed with something without being asked.

That was the worst experience I've had in a long time at Great Clips. I don't go but maybe once a year if that, to set 2 minutes in the chair and get nothing cut off and be charged that kind of money. And then when you ask her, where's my hair and She's like well. I catch her hair. And I'm like really. Where's it at? But I'm not gonna set an argument with somebody. So I was like okay. I'm done I'll never go back again. And then I called. And they act like It was no big deal. But it is a big deal. And I will not step foot back in that place again. If that's the way they're gonna do people. Very very disappointed

Winning to get my hair trimmed and to get bangs cut in. All of my hair was combed into one big piece and chopped. My bangs are about an inch long I look hideous. It all depends on which stylist you get. I won't be back.
