Staff is great. Plus they have in the system how I like my haircut so I don't have to explain every time and hope to get what I like. Highly recommend

I always have a good experience in great clips, at least on this branch and the one in Columbus, IN. First visit to this branch and the hairdresser was friendly and professional. I have tried to go barbers and salons but they never know how to do a proper clean up (as if it was something so complex) haha. I need a Great Clips in downtown Indy though.

IF Great Clips let's you down, don't bother with (lack of) "Customer Service", The stylist was too attentive to walk-ins, phone, etc, than on me. She took her twice as long on me, just to leave twice the mess to fix. Had to leave disappointed, hoping a follow-up would fix it. I had to go to another salon to get it not fixed.

Quick, friendly, and efficient is the best way to describe this location. The girls remembered my husband and even asked how his birthday was. Which he mentioned on his last visit, several weeks ago

Love it :) The hair dresser I had was very friendly and gave me exactly what I wanted with some good suggestions as well. The sides of my hair were one length that came down to my chin. I asked for bangs that blend into the sides and she did exactly as I asked and followed the example photo I brought in. Would come again

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any great clips. My partner has been trying to grow out his hair but wanted a shape up. He asked me to explain that to the hairdresser, who gave me the most unnecessary attitude when we tried to talk to him about my partner's needs. Before explaining anything we wanted, I asked him if it was okay to explain what we wanted and assured him I wouldn't stand near him while the cut was going on. He said "I know you're not, I wouldn't allow it anyway". Which was unnecessary since all that needed to be said was "what would you like". I continued and asked how layers might work to help with his hair goals, he gave me the most attitude, saying "a haircut is a layer". He refused to listen to me or my partner about what we wanted, being rude and standoffish, forcing me to have no choice but to sit down and my partner to get a haircut he did NOT ask for or like. We now have to restart his hair growth journey. Will never be returning to this shop. 0/10 would not recommend.
