Absolutely the worst hair cut ever! The female said her notes told her high and tight, which is a lie. Never in 30 years of going there have I ever had that! Not only was that portion wrong, but she cut it un-even and my front was not straight. Will never go there again. She ruined my hair cut!

I felt like the stylist was was rude and not customer friendly I tried calling the the store to file a complaint they won't answer the phone I keep getting a recording therefore I will not be going back to that location

I’ve been coming here for over a year, but honestly, the experience has been going downhill. The customer service just isn’t what it used to be. The person who cut my hair didn’t smile or make me feel welcome—they just seemed like they wanted to get it over with without really listening to what I wanted. When I asked for something specific, they looked bored, which made me feel uncomfortable. I really wish I could recommend this place, but I just can’t anymore.

Love the app, DON'T love the unprofessionalism, bad cut and the fact that the online valid Facebook Coupon was not honored. Hair-cutter-person (cause I can't call her a stylist) was clearly not interested in me or my interest. Another one bites the dust.

Had the worst haircut of my life here. Gave very clear instructions and even showed a photo of what I wanted. The stylist claimed there was a miscommunication between what I asked for and what she gave, but the end result is hideous. Even if there was a miscommunication as to the fade I wanted, the hair is uneven at every angle & on each side (the sides aren’t even even alone!!!), the “fade” is non-existent, and the line up is less a line and more a squiggle. Not only that, but instead of spraying my hair with any more water, she ripped a comb through my curls to the point that she broke the comb!! She didn’t even show me the back when she finished, leading me to believe she knew how badly she messed up. She ruined my hair, which I have been growing out for months. I’m devastated and all she could offer was a deadpan “I’m sorry” when I confronted her while actively crying, with the only resolution as either a refund or her fixing it. I did not want her to touch my hair again. When I asked for an actual empathetic apology, she repeated the same flat toned “I’m sorry” but excused it again as a “miscommunication.” Getting a haircut at great clips is always a gamble of whether it’s good or meh, but this was the WORST hair experience of my life which sealed my decision to never return to the franchise.

Just came in for a fade and the women didn’t even know how do it it’s pretty bad when I still have a line around my head she didn’t line me up got long hairs around my ears this place is horrible

I didn't catch the name of the young man that cut my hair, but I shared with my wife that is was the best haircut I've had. He did an amazing job , very friendly and it was an all around great experience.
