Warning: I went in for a simple trim, just to freshen up the sides and back of my hair while leaving my bangs untouched, as I’d just had a haircut 1.5 weeks ago. Somehow, my bangs were cut, and when I pointed it out, the stylist claimed the clippers must’ve slipped. I was very clear about not wanting my bangs touched, so this was very frustrating. Instead of apologizing, the stylist tried to cut even more off, saying there was no saving them. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of care and professionalism.

I didn’t get a good haircut. The lady talked non stop using her hands and lost track of where she was cutting. Ended up trimming my hair at home afterwards. Won’t go to the same lady there again.

Worst service ever. Woman was too focused on getting back to eating to make sure I was satisfied. Didn't ask for anything difficult, simple trim an inch off the length and give me brow length bangs. She didn't know how to cut bangs since mine were the length of my hair, and she didn't know how to do layers either. She took the scissors across, cut 2 inches instead of the one, no layer and no bangs. Had attitude throughout cause again she was taken away from eating her food. My hair looks horrible.

I've been to this Great Clips twice since moving back to IN, basically, because its across the road from us. Anyway, both Lorinda and Hannah have cut my hair, and they were both EXCELLENT! They were also kind, courteous and professional. I'm getting ready to shave my head, as I do every year in memory of my mom (I was bald with her on her cancer journey and now shave once a year in her memory), so I won't need a cut for awhile. However, once I do, I'll be heading back here to hopefully see one of these ladies.

I forgot my stylist name but she did an amazing job on my hair. She cut it like i asked. Both her and the other lady were very friendly, respectful. They were not super busy at the moment so wait was less than 5min. Very pleased with hair and excited to show off my New cut

I took in a coupon for $5.00 off and they would not accept it. The cut was not very good.

In and out in under 15mins. They pulled my notes from another location and helped me right away. I would certainly go back again.

I requested a short feminine haircut that looked rather tomboyish to the hair stylist and I got what could be referred to as a Karen cut, the only thing my haircut and the pictures had in common was that they were short. I would NOT recommend getting a short feminine haircut unless you want to look like a middle aged women

My 16 yr old son went in a half hour before closing and nobody was in except for a few of the workers. They made him sit down and wait while one finished cutting one another’s hair. When a guy came up finally to help him he asked him his number to check in. My son did not know the procedure and sought clarification and the guy began to disrespect him thinking my son was giving him an attitude. This shop has a reputation for being poorly run. We won’t go there anymore

The haircut may have been cheap, but it looks like a 2 year old chopped my hair off. The stylist actually cut a bald spot in the front center of my hair. I asked her what she did and she just kept saying she’d fix it, but made it worse. At least she apologized, but I still had to pay full price and will need to wear a hat for the next month.
