Rosalind is AWESOME! Did a fantastic job cutting my hair and was super friendly. Carried a nice conversation throughout my visit and I'm definitely requesting her for next time. Great Clips needs to give her a raise! :-)

I’ve come to this location numerous times, I also bring g my daughter, first few times were 50/50, now it’s getting to be a horrible experience! They’re always short staff, complaining about not getting their lunch breaks in front of customers, doing half a** jobs just to get you finished. I watched customers come in, then leave because even after check in, there’s still a long wait. I’m beginning to think that they don’t care about their customers, and maybe I need to take my business elsewhere, because it’s not worth it anymore by coming to this location. Get it together great clips, cause this is ridiculous!

Pathetic Hair salon! I checked in at 5pm and the store closes at 6pm. I was made to wait for 45min and was told he could not do a hair cut right 10min before closing the store. No ethics! Disgusting!

They seriously messed my head up. I said i wanted it trimmed up on the sides and a neck shave and she like shaved around my ears and lined my ears up with my neck like cutting abig swoosh. Theres no like recoverin from it cuz she didnt trim she straight up shaved like a letter U from over my ears and into the back of my neck. I have no clue who theyre hiring or what theyre problem is i should have just done it at home. Insanity. Its gonna take like 2 months just to grow it to like a 2. Im honestly mad. I told them i wanted. Atrim around the ears and she said “well its not even” and then shaves the ugliest mulletiest like swoosh. from my ears to my neck. Before i got the cut i asked if she knew what i meant and she shook her head and just said “no” instead of asking questions and doing her job. I think her goal was to do as little work as possible. I shouldnt have tipped This is so stupid.

There comes a certain level of professionalism that businesses should carry - this location lacks an incredible amount. I went in tonight for a haircut and could immediately tell the way my haircut was going to go yet stayed due to the overgrowth and unevenness my hair was and needed a quick fix. I was sat down in the chair and was ignored for the walkthrough for my cut for what I wanted. I sat there and listened to the associate complain about her job, her staff, her car, her medical issues on high volume as she was yelling in my ear. What makes you remotely think I want to sit in a chair and listen to you complain about your life to your other staff members while you’re cutting my hair? Normal rapport is talking about the weather, not providing me a whole movie synopsis on why your life is in shambles. Yet in the twenty minutes I sat in the chair, it was nothing but useless banter about energies and bad breath. I still had the decent to tip more than the standard amount KNOWING she was going through things and to not take my frustration out on the spot as I knew she was going through things but this is absurd. The stylist had the nerve to comment about how the poor haircut she provided was due to making my previous cut look even and provide better growth. If she wasn’t made aware of my previous situation, would would the excuse have been then? If you’re new at this location and you think you want a cut, please think twice.

This place has been up and down like a lot of businesses during COVID. I've gotten some bad haircuts and some good ones. Lately, I've been getting good ones! Be sure to check in online before arriving, the place is getting more busy! Checking in, means virtually no waiting. You just walk in and sit down in a chair for a quick in and out. What could be better than that?!

I checked in right around 5 o'clock. They said it would be a 45 minute wait. I went and was early and when my time came. She skipped me as I had gone for tissue in the restroom and the next girl said. Oh, we can't do a style at 1 till 6. Cause they close at 6. It's just a curling iron and little hairspray. Itwould have taken less time than a wash. Or a cut. this is the third time. I've been to this location of Great Clips over the last few years and have never been satisfied. There's always been a problem or an issue.

I highly recommend coming to see tiffany and Trina they are wonderful stylists. I have come here 3 times and I have had a wonderful experience with tiffany and Trina they are so wonderful and so nice they did a wonderful job on my hair it looks so go I needed it done for Thanksgiving and tiffany did a wonderful job today on my hair. The last time I came here Trina was so nice and wonderful I Highly recommend having tiffany or trina do your hair they are really good at it. I'm definitely coming back before Christmas to get my hair done.

Mixed feelings. They had booking problems. Computer issues. This oddy had happened twice before (at other stores). One stylist was late causing a delay. Not a terribly long wait. An average cut AND the system prompts you for a minimun $7 tip. Maybe call it "Just OK Clips."
