Worse hair cut EVER EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. WAY TO SHORT,NOT AT ALL WHAT I ASKED FOR. Never in my 71 years have I had my hair this short.I even told her she was cutting too much - hee reply was " I'm just blending in your layers " I HATE my haircut.

My grandma went and got her hair cut today and it was the worst experience she has ever had. Angelia cut her hair and she is almost in tears over her hair. Any person with a right mind would see this is not even close to being straight. My grandma told her that she messed her hair up and she took both her hands to her head and said no I didn't that's straight. This is not okay at all

Have been a customer at Marwood over 12 years.My last haircut a Couple weeks ago was awful.I always tell them cut sides to middle of ear,cut sideburns to bottom of ear.Block the back.I ended up with back uneven.Left side was shortened over top of my ear.Right side was shortened almost to top of ear but 1/2 in Longer than left.One sideburn was 3/4 in above bottom of ear,the other was at mid ear.The manager, Kim,re-did as best she could 2 days later.She was very gracious and apologetic, but I still have to look foolish till it grows out.The original stylist needs much more training.Very unhappy,but Kim is very gracious.

My son just came home with the worst haircut. Very unhappy with the service today. It looks like the clipper guards were all one size it's something that could have been done at home very simple and almost military style

Friendly staff made a appointment on line got their in the time I was suppose to got right in. Great haircut. Always on point with what you want. Very good stylist don't know her name but very friendly. Bethany is by far the best stylist they have working their she needs a raise

Been going here for a year and have had 2 bad haircuts both from the same lady and i’m not going back anymore. Everyone else has cut my hair there and its been awesome. It looked fine when it was still wet, once it dried theres spots all over my head that just look terrible, uneven, long strands hanging everywhere. Looks like a bowl cut on one side and completely uneven on the top. i’ve never tipped less than 10$ either.

I have been coming here for at least 10 year's and have been very fortunate to have all the women that cut my hair have done a wonderful job, but there is this one lady that I prefer not to cut my hair but I can never remember her name??? Fancy Nancy is my all time favorite, I absolutely love this woman and what a fantastic hair cut, she calls my cut The Farrah Fawcet Cut only shorter........ She's only there on Saterdays and Sundays I believe as she has two handicap parents she cares for so tips are a big help to her and she is so worth it!!! Love Fancy Nancy❤️
