Nick is the best, I moved to greenwood three years ago, and came in to the Greenwood Greatclips and Nick cut my hair. Well Nick is the only one I will let cut my hair and my sons hair. So thanks Nick for all the years of great hair cuts.

My side burns are uneven, my calic looks like a mess, and the hair by my ear is a mess. I didnt notice this till after I get home. By the time I left there was no one in the lobby. Don't know why they thought this was okay to leave my hair like this. Not coming back to this location. Customer Service: 10/10 Actual service 4/10

Took my daughter to get her haircut and some long curtain bangs. Ana barely spoke good English and was rude. When I asked about age group and prices she just pointed to the sign. She did not wash my daughter's hair and my daughter was unhappy with how she did. She cut one piece of her already existing bangs and not the rest. She didn’t style or even blow dry all of the hair. I was upset because I gave her $5 after giving me only two fives as my change. We will not be returning and now I have to take her to an actual hair stylist

I called and talked to Brittany after getting a cut I wasn’t happy with from another great clips. She was absolutely wonderful. She fixed it for free and I am super happy with the result. I will definitely be going back to her and would recommend her.

Brittany was my hair stylist and she did a phenomenal job on my haircut. I have paid 3x as much for a haircut at other places, and those cuts weren’t nearly as great. 100% will be back. Thank you!

I have had some bad haircuts in the recent past, several at this shop, but I have never had a worse cut than the one by the Saturday part time male barber last Saturday. He took all of 5 minutes and acted like he must have had a dozen waiting for him (which he didn't). There was one other person in the shop. There are too many barbershops in the area to put up with poor quality.

hey Carl Weigle, I bet you'd be a little more tolerable if you had a friend. but you can't get a friend because your the type of person who says there are plenty of other barber shops around but continuingly decides to get "poor" hair care. like who gets "several" bad haircuts at a place? there's something wrong with you. take your $15 bucks to sports clips. p.s. if your not satisfied before you leave, politely say to stylist what you have concerns with and 99.9% of the time they will gladly work with ya

Great clips is hit and miss. You can get a really good hair cut or a terrible one. My suggestion is if you get a good one stick with that person. The online check in is nice

Terribly slow!! I checked in online at 3:40 PM when I was at 7th position and 45 mins wait time. At 4:45 I am at 0 position still sitting waiting for being called. I left without a hair cut coz I have to be somewhere at 5. So even after wasting 65 mins I couldn’t secure a haircut from a place run by 2 persons not one. I feel the one at Independence Dr is better and quicker.

I had Brandy as my hair stylist. She got me right in. She was professional, kind, friendly, and a great woman to talk to. I will definitely be back to have her do my hair again.

My personal experience. The lady that cut my hair was friendly, but she didn’t do a good job on my hair. I’m multiracial(thick hair and small afro)… I went to get my hair evened and lined up she did the lining up just fine for the most part, but acted like she was scared to comb my hair. When she finished cutting it looked even, but once it dried and I combed it I noticed she messed my hair up so bad. I still have 1 side shorted than the other, but now it’s extremely shorter then the other side. It looks way worse then it did before I went to the shop. Maybe if she had actually combed my hair as she should have I wouldn’t be in this situation. If she or anybody at the salon wasn’t comfortable doing my type of hair all they had to do was speak up. I could have went somewhere else. I could have done a better job cutting it myself. It’s safe to say I will never return and will not be recommending them. I also don’t recall the lady introducing herself to me. I just know she had red hair
