I received the worst cut since going to Great clips for over a year. It was uneven and had a divot.

Asked for my hair to be layered starting at the bottom, back in September sometime. Now its Nov. I have suspected that I received a bad cut but waited thinking maybe it was just bad hair days. Today I stopped at the Brownsburg Great Clips to have them take a look and YES a section on the right side had been chopped off. I wish I couls remember who the stylist was but I cannot. Just letting people know to be careful at this location.

My stylist Myla reaked of alcohol and weed my haircut was even in spots I had to go home and fix my hair because of all the unevenness I will not return very unprofessional to smell that bad of alcohol and weed

I brought my barely 2 year old in to cut and shape his curly mop. Robin was patient, kind, and collaborative - all such necessary skills with wiggly toddlers! She even slotted me in for a trim since there was no wait at the time.

I asked for a trim of my ends and this man wet my hair and cut it. And not even straight cut. Never again, he did not know what he was doing. You do not wet black women hair to cut. Bad bad bad service.

Absolutely horrible my son had picture day tomorrow and you guys ruined his hairline I said half an inch BUT NOOO you guys decided to cut 5 inches off he came back crying holding in his tears in there I payed 14$ for that he is an Edgar now you guys ruined him

I came in around 330pm today and was I. The chair for about 45 minutes. (Please understand my hair was to the middle of my back and is very very thick!) There was one employee due to staffing issues and limited hours. Man was she attentive to my hair. I asked for shoulder length with layers and to get my hair thinned out as much as humanly possible as i have very very thick hair. She went above and beyond compaired to previous experiances at a greatclips- making sure I was comfortable with how everything was turning out. I would definitely recommend her! I only wish I caught her name! Thank you so so much!

I would rate this as no stars but anyways they all don't know what they're doing and the new girl didn't even know how to do a mid fade and I got pushed back this place is most worst place and I've been to a $5 place and they did 100 times better

The barber named Linda was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Took 4 minutes to do the haircut, did a terrible job, & insulted me while cutting my hair multiple times. Led to the first time in my entire life I haven’t tipped someone in any capacity. I’ve had another barber there that was great but she was absolutely terrible.
