I've taken my son here a few times, usually only when I have a coupon because $17 kids cuts is crazy. Only about 20% of the time do we get an actual good haircut. However, after my last visit I will never go here again. I checked in online being told it was a 50 min wait and 7th in line. An hour later, I'm still 4th in line, and one of the 2 employees disappeared for 15 min. She returned, talking into her smart watch. Unfortunately, I ended up getting this employee to cut my sons hair. I expressed to her that I was in a bit of a hurry because what I thought was a 50 min wait was now at an hour and 15 min. Where Mary then looked at me and sarcastically said " that's not possible for our system to be that off I can look on there and see" then " it's going to take time so if you dont have time for a haircut you can come back" . Like I was going to wait an hour and 15 minutes and be late for my son's pictures, then just leave once he finally gets into a chair? She continued on for about another 2 minutes with her comments when she could have already started on his haircut. She was rude and made me feel very uncomfortable as she implied I'm a liar at the time I waited. It ultimately took an hour and 35 minutes for a mediocre haircut. It's bad enough that the quality is not there, but to be called a liar and embarrassed in front of my child is unexceptable. Companies need to expect good customer service skills from their employees.

I just want to say Thank you so much to the gentleman that cut my sister’s hair. He made what started out as a very bad day turn into such a heart warming day and put a smile on our hurting hearts. Forever grateful. ❤️❤️❤️

I've been getting my hair done, with these same stylists, at Great Clips for years. They recently moved from their Greenwood, Indiana location, to this one at Madison in Indianapolis. I usually use the online check in on my app to save time. They keep up with the way I get my hair cut so I don't always need to explain to someone, even if they're new. They are always polite, friendly, and do an excellent job. After all this time you get a comradery going so it's like chatting with your bartender lol. They remember you and ask how such and such is, etc. You're like family and not just a person in the chair to make a buck. I'll continue to go here and follow these ladies as long as I can.

Never had a bad experience until now, I don’t know if it had to do with a discrimination issue or because this person had to cut my kid hair and maybe doesn’t like kids but if you don’t have the patience to work with kids find a place where kids aren’t allowed. Kids will move, kids will be ticklish if you don’t know how or want to work with them your at the wrong spot. Never had an issue about this.

I would give 0 if I could. We went in for a haircut, not for me but for someone else. We just wanted it to be straight and a bit shorter and the hairstylist couldn’t even deliver that. Just did a quick snip and left her with wet hair, didn’t even try to blow dry it. Never coming back. Additionally, the interactions between the hairstylists seem unhealthy when we went in. I’ve been to another Great Clips location and they were able to cut the hair just fine but not this location.

My experience both times at this location was wonderful!!! Both times my hair was down my back and they had done a wonderful job with a medium length with layers!!! Thank you for the great time and conversation!! You walk out feeling confident!! ♡

This Great Clips is an exceptional place! I have been receiving wonderful well-done clips for many years, originally at East Washington Street store. When I recently moved, I started going to Edgewood store and began working with a stylist who quickly learned how to tame my curls and cowlick. Last time I was there, I asked Marissa for a new do, and she did better than I could have imagined. Check out the pic! I will have her continue to care for my hair until she can no longer hold a pair of scissors!

First time customer Stopped in cuz my stylist is normally packed on weekends. But just unhappy with my cut I received a high and tight undercut,The undercut being a very popular style right now and my taper is now ruined and my hair is a hot mess to say the least Thank god for the manager or the owner she salvaged my hair and I can at least let this grow back out I had to learn the hard way again why I pay more for a stylist Sorry ladies great atmosphere but jus no good at the latest trend styles Will not be returning. 11/15/23 update well just had a cosmetologist have a panic attack on me when I asked for a zero fade taper that was too about 4 inches up to my long hair, everything was screaming Barber shop, but all the barbershops here are overpriced so figured I would go to great clips where my wife just got a excellent haircut for a fair price and come to find out as a male client. I have the same experience as I did last time and I didn’t even get the haircut so yeah
