Casey cut my hair today and it’s honestly the best haircut I’ve gotten at a Great Clips! She was friendly, professional, worked quickly and did an amazing job! This isn’t even the closest Great Clips location to me but I would come back to this one just to have her cut my hair again! Thank you!

THIS PLACE IS A RACKET! WE WERE SET UP ON TEXT ALERT FOR 15 MIN REMINDER, WAITED ACROSS STREET AND WHEN WE GOT BACK BEFORE CLOSING TIME, THEY TURNED US AWAY ! LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE NOT WORRIED ABOUT CUSTOMERS, CLOSING EARLY BEFORE TIME AND LEAVING THEIR SELF. WILL NOT EVER GO TO A GREAT CLIP AGAIN ! 5 MINS BEFORE, THEY WERE SHUTTING OFF LIGHTS. CRAZY ! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This place is ridiculous cause my husband and I were set up to get our hair cut but as soon as we got there it was 10 minutes until they closed and was told tht they do not control the text tht comes through but they close at 7... Poor customer service...

Absolutely atrocious attitudes. The store being short staffed & y’all “haven’t ate yet” has nothing to do with the customer service. My friend wanted a cut a wash and a blow out. She was talked down to about the cut she wanted “I can’t do that it has to be styled, I’m not styling it, see cost too much here I don’t have to time.” We only had 1 person waiting behind us and she waited on 3 heads before her!!! It gave they wanted us to leave. Even upon checking in the attitudes were giving unwelcoming. Dragging your feet in socks and sandals hacking and coughing over ppls heads and saying you’re simply NOT offering any other service besides wash and cut isn’t professional and shows that you don’t care about your job. Standing over my friend and trying to discourage her from a style simply because you don’t want to do it is ridiculous. To stand over her publicly and do nothing other than talk down and try to embarrass her saying how dry and how much dandruff she has is messed up considering she said when she first consulted you that she’s been depressed and just needs a refresh. Instead of offering products available for PURCHASE to help her you scoffed at her. If that’s so quit great clips is its own business… offering a variety of services as advertised online and displayed in store, get customers to sit with you while carrying yourselves the way you ladies have today and see how many ppl stop in. No respect for customers you don’t own this place at all to turn around while doing hair to turn your face up crazy and say “can you stop that noise” when they are watching videos on their phone then walk through the store confrontational like where is it coming from lolllll. This was a crazyyy experience. Misery loves company and I’m glad as an ADULT I know how to handle myself.

A busy stylist took the time to greet me right after I walked in, and another came out to sign me in only a couple of minutes later. He spent time to discuss details & options even though all I wanted was a few inches trimmed off the ends. My hair was already clean so he misted it w/o soaking it, and the cut was clean & neat. I left feeling like I got quite a bit of service for very little cost

Needed a haircut and went in. I asked for half an inch taken off the top and she took all of it. Brought it down to half an inch all around. A buzz cut would have been better. Maybe some retraining on proper lenght cutting. I said something during my cut and the stylist said it looks that long because my hair was wet and continued to cut.

Went in last minute to get a much needed cut. Scheduled online and was able to track time til my opening. Went perfect. Gave a quick explanation of what I wanted, stylist cut it nicely. Very pleasant, clean and happy with my cut.

Great service, Friendly staff and clean environment. Dawn is wonderful! She has been cutting my dad's hair for a long time, and really spends quality time talking with him as she cuts. He is 94. Thank you Dawn!!

I used to love coming here, but the inconsistency of the same style of haircut and quality has been going down. But it is very cost effective if you don't care for the price. I'll be looking into going to a real barber. I'm very upset that I'll be going elsewhere because this place I used to trust.

Dawn is amazing and I hope Great Clips knows just how much of an asset she is. I just had the pleasure of Dawn cutting my hair. Im very specific what I get done and she knocked it out of the park. I didn’t have to show pictures, try to explain, or anything. She knew exactly and she knows how to cut hair. Hands down, the best I have worked with and I have had several people from this location cut my hair. I don’t write many reviews, but when I come across an experience that deserves recognition, I will make sure it’s known.

The lady just skipped me in line while I was waiting for 20 minutes because the guy that came after me and not checked in said I need you to Cut my hair .. I have been sitting there stressing out about my next appointment And apparently wasting my time... That was not professional at all even after I told her I had to go because I will be late. She said OK that’s fine.

I took my six year old for a trim, and the stylist was nice, but wasn’t very skilled. The fade was bad. The sides were just buzzed to one length, and it didn’t really fade into the longer part at the top. I had to ask the stylist to touch up the sides (they were uneven) and the back of my son’s neck four times, and I eventually just accepted the cut as “good enough” because it was clear she didn’t have the skill to make any more improvements. This was despite showing a picture of what we wanted for the cut. When she was finished and he was out of the chair, I had to grab a towel and clean the hair off his face. I won’t be taking him there again.
