Acabo de salir de ahí en estos momentos,el trato un poco seco por parte de quien me atendió de la cual no conozco el nombre,fui recomendado con un amigo a ver a la puertorriqueña o a Ramona realmente no estaba ninguna ahí y necesitaba un corte rápido,creo que faltó amabilidad con el cliente,quizás ser un poco más empatíca y atender mejor a la persona que está usando tus servicios en cuanto al pelado estuvo mejor,no fue excelente pero si rápido,no regresaría a este lugar sino me atiende una de las personas recomendadas por mi amistad

As a person with long thick curly hair, I should have been washed and conditioned and my hair sectioned to be properly cut. I paid for a butcher job... VERY UNHAPPY!!! I will not return to this establishment nor recommend!!!

Had an attitude because we walked in 10 minutes before closing for my 6 year old to have her hair trimmed. Scoffed at us as she checked us in bc we didn’t know to do it online so we walked out. They were both RUDE and I’d never let them trim my dog let alone my heart broken child that wanted a hair trimmed.

I shouldn’t even give this place 1 star I go in my hair was uneven and just needed a trim. The lady took off way too much and my hair is layered as well. She seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing and messed up my hair. I spend $25 on a half- effort hair cut I want a refund. It looks awful!!! The first pic is before and the next ones are after.

I've used this place many times for myself and my kiddos. You definitely get what you pay for some of the time. Most of the time is a seamless and wonderful experience though.

Not too expensive, capable stylists. The only reason I debate removing one star is I sometimes I am really pleased with a cut but that person isn't there the next time. However, that's what this type of place is so I'll let it pass.

If I could give it 0 stars that’s what I would definitely choose the manger there with the red hair has no professionalism what so ever I was not satisfied with my daughter hair style she looked worse that what she came in and still had the audacity to charge me 190 dollars for a trim shampoo and blow dry that was done incorrectly first time going to this place and the last after expressing that I was not satisfied the manager raised her voice saying that that was done properly and that I still had to pay regardless of what her hair looked like if you are considering spending this amount of money go to a real professional salon
