I just moved to Jacksonville 9 months ago and this is the first Great Clips I tried here and no reason to go anywhere else! Annie is a fantastic stylist and does a great job managing the store. It's a friendly place with a great vibe and actually fun to get a haircut! Highly Recommend!

Walked in for a spur of the moment haircut and Christin got right to it. Very fast considering I didn’t make an appointment. Very friendly, and my cut came out just as I had asked for. Thank you! I will be back to see Christin next time!

Was checked in online before arriving which I highly recommend because the wait time.can stack up quickly for walk-ins. Every time I go, the employees are always great. The conversations are great and they are very knowledgeable about products that can help with your hair and any issues you may be having.

An outstanding place to get your haircut. They’re familiar with military customers so you’ll definitely get a perfect cut when it comes to it. The ladies in the shop were very friendly and when I got my cut I was able to talk to them about whatever was on my mind and didn’t feel uncomfortable at all.

She works thoughtfully and efficiently, accomplishing her objective in the normal time for a haircut. When she’s working on me, I feel as though she is sculpting a work of art. When she’s done, I look my very, very best. It’s magical. There’s no one like Annie. She’s the best in the business.

Do not go to this store it has the worst customer service I've ever seen and the haircut was to short and uneven. There was a employee sleeping in the chair. No wonder they never have a wait. Very unprofessional the manger pretends to not understand English. If she can't understand English then how can she understand how I want my haircut?

Great haircut and amazing service at Great Clips (12620 Beach Blvd)! I can't recommend the Great Clips on 12620 Beach Blvd enough, especially if you're lucky enough to get Annie Tran as your stylist! She's honestly the best haircut experience I've ever had. Annie has the most positive and friendly attitude, which makes the whole haircutting experience so enjoyable. But her talent goes way beyond just being nice. She's a true expert with scissors! My hair looks fantastic, and it's clear she takes a lot of pride in her work. On top of the amazing haircut, Annie's customer service is top-notch. She's incredibly hospitable and really makes you feel comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. If you're looking for a great haircut and a stylist who goes above and beyond, definitely ask for Annie Tran at the Great Clips on Beach Blvd!

I had a great experience at great clips in Kernan square. Troy is amazing Barber especially with kids. He does fantastic job with the designs. My son wanted in his hair. He was very likable and funny and very friendly. We will definitely request him every time.

Great clips used to be great. This location had no wait. I definitely know why. I asked for my usual haircut that is on the computer that I have been getting for years. Afterwards it looked like a monkey with a weed eater tore through my hair. Completely uneven and all of my hair was cut off. I had to go to another place and have my head shaved. The front used to come down to my chin. I've had great luck at the one on Atlantic. But I think my seven years with this company has come to an end.

I had been going to a different store for a while, but had a coupon to try this location again (it closed as it changed ownership). I was sincerely impressed by both the awesome customer service and the quality haircut I received. Annie is simply fantastic, and I will definitely be back.

I just received the best haircut of my military career. Troy is meticulous with his craft. To say I’m happy with the final result is an understatement. I am thrilled. Great location and great staff at Kernan Square
