Went here for a haircut. I got just a regular men's haircut, nothing fancy, not even shampoo. The stylist must've been new or fresh out of school or something because she had to get another stylist to come help her with the proper way to use the clippers on my hair. Then she said i was done, but didn't even cut all of my hair. I told her I wanted to get a number 4 on top, she said what she cut was a 4 (with scissors on top was a 4, it was very spotty and looked the same length as when I came in). I asked if she could just go over it with the #4 clippers. She did and a TON of hair came off. Overall the haircut was mediocre, took longer than expected, and the experience was less than average.

Idk what in the world was wrong with this lady but my husbands hair looked so messed up. We had a low fade on one side and high and tight on the other. Bulk of hair on the top side and other was thinned. My husband is too nice to be confrontational but this was some of the worst botch jobs I’ve seen

I went to Great Clips expecting a decent haircut, but left utterly disappointed. They completely botched my haircut, leaving me with uneven, choppy layers that look like a child got hold of scissors. It's clear they have no idea what they're doing. I'll never trust them with my hair again.

Good place to go for decent haircut. I understand the hairstyliss wants to chat etc, but I would recommend keeping the talking to a minimal and focus more on the task at hand

Great place for a haircut, close to home, I have been going to this location since they first opened. Olga cut my hair recently and she is Amazing, she made some suggestions for my hair cut and I really love it. She is very kind, creative and seems very experienced.

I have never in my entire life leave a business a poor review until now. So the service had to be really terrible for me to leave a review. The stylist’s name is Olga. She used to work at the beach location but she just got transferred here. I asked for a haircut not to blow dry my hair but she just snipped a bit from the tip and started brushing and using the blow dryer in my hair. I asked her if she’s going to cut my hair and she said no, it doesn’t need it and that whoever did it 3 Months ago leave it as is. I don’t think she knows what she’s doing and simply follows the layout of the previous stylist’s cut. She treated me like I’m an idiot who can’t tell the difference between a cut and a snip. It wasn’t even a trim. When I asked her to stop using the blow dryer to my hair and please start cutting because I’ve been in the chair for 15 min now. She got defensive so fast and rudely told me she’s not going to cut my hair and I need to come back for Taylor the manager to cut because she simply refused to cut my hair. I have never met such a rude hairstylist or a person at all. I got no service not just poor service. Another hairstylist, Tibette felt bad for me and offered to cut my hair even though other customers were waiting in line for her too. They too didn’t want Olga to cut their hair. Tibette has a great attitude and attempted to cut my hair to her best ability even though she never cut this style before. I love great clips but not Olga. She needs to back to the beach location. If she continues to work here Great clips will lose a lot of their regular customers.

My son went for a haircut and the stylist would not touch his hair for a wash and a cut. He has psoriasis. She told him to go home and wash it himself and come back. This was in front of other customers. He has been going there for years with no issues. He will not be going back nor will any other members of my family.

Quick in and out haircut. They open till 6 pm on a Sunday. People start to show up after 3 pm. So try to arrive before 3 pm to avoid the line. You can also check in online. The place is clean and convenient. It is very basic and efficient.

Trinity cut my hair for the first time and it won't be the last time. Not only is she an excellent cosmetologist, but she is friendly, sweet, and very nice. I highly recommend her to cut your hair. Mine is short and very thin, but the cut she gave me is just what I needed. I am very happy. Thank you, Trinity
