I had a terrible experience with a middle-aged stylist who recently moved from Tampa to Jacksonville. He was extremely rude and disregarded my request for long layers, cutting my hair much shorter than I wanted. His attitude was unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. I also sensed clear prejudice in his behavior, which was deeply unsettling. Despite this, I still tipped him 35% in hopes that he wouldn't carry that negativity forward. However, I strongly recommend avoiding his services-his attitude and lack of professionalism make for an awful experience.

Rosie was amazing! She did exactly as i asked. I just wanted a trim and my layers freshened up and she did exactly that and it came out amazing. I’ve been to a few high end hair salons that charge me over 70 dollars for a cut and i usually end up unhappy by the results. However this is one of the few times where i left very happy and confident in my hair. Rosie was very friendly, and was a great person to converse with! Thank you rosie!

Paula is an amazing stylist. Discovered her at random and am now locked in for life. Competent, friendly, good conversationalist, and she LISTENS to what I am trying to tell her how I want my hair to look. And most importantly, the result (a simple men’s haircut) is what you might expect at a high-end salon. Very fortunate to have found her.

oh my god... you guys freaking ruined my hair. I asked for a classic emo layered cut and instead got bear fur in the back of my head. she looked so rushed to do my hair like if she had to go somewhere in 10 minutes and she would aggressively move my head. it was not that hard i just wanted my hair to be shorter.
