Keep in mind that great clips is the spirit airlines of hair places- they will nickle and dime you for every little thing you want-I paid 68$ for a wash, cut and blowdry I live and NYC and I pay less than that. On there prices I saw 23$ for haircut, 10$ for shampoo and then 23$ for “style” even though I only asked for a blow dry. I recommend going to a local salon because you’ll be paying less and they will be using salon brand products. So for the “haircut” they mention on the menu I’d have to walk in with wet hair and leave with wet hair to pay 23$. That aside- My hairdresser was great and very nice!

The website is easy to use to schedule an appointment. I get my hair cut hear all the time. Everyone is excellent.

Came in to get my hair cut, a simple mid skin fade and that’s it. She starts cutting my hair with the clippers and it hurt extremely bad but I wasn’t sure. It cut the crap out of my entire head. Her clippers are broken and she even told me she KNEW they were broken. So why the hell would you use them? Finished the hair cut and left after she had the nerve to make me pay. When I got to my car I noticed it looked absolutely horrendous in the back and the fade line wasn’t straight and not blended literally at all. I go back to ask her to fix it and asks me multiple times if it still looks okay, and it looked horrible. Like you can’t see that? She makes the excuse that her clippers are broken…okay then use a different pair I paid money for this and it baffles me she can cut the crap out of my head and let me leave with an awful haircut without even trying to use a different pair of clippers. The absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had getting my hair cut and this woman should be fired. I’m not one to complain but I Will NEVER be back and this is unacceptable.

This is the best location of great clips by far. Always friendly and honest people greets you. No nonsense about our system (btw system down means cash only and that too full price no coup) some location will Lie about your coupon and not accept it. NEVER AT THIS LOCATION. Great people great service 😇😇

Both my wife and I visited for a haircut and were treated with the best haircuts ever at Great Clips. The Stylist was very precise and professional as well as obviously experienced in her service provided to the two of us. We are both satisfied and comfortable with the end result. Our well deserved thanks and appreciation to a great Hair Stylist. Now, if I could just remember (Senior moment) her name.

Mediocre haircut and super expensive! Typically I cut my husband's hair myself, but today he went to Great Clips. I'm not a professional stylist/hairdresser, but we both agreed I do a better job. Super disappointed for the cost.

I've been taking myself and my boys to this location for the past few months and couldn't be happier with the service. All of the hair stylists are professional and courteous. Some like Allyson go out of their way to ensure you have a fantastic experience. Kudos to you all at this location, keep up the great work and we'll keep coming back for haircuts.

Anything less than 1 star I would like to give that. I was there today to do a haircut and I usually prefer scissors rather than clippers. The lady was not well trained to use the scissors and messed up my haircut. I was not satisfied with the service. She trimmed my hair right behind one ear to zero level and on the other side it was uneven including the crown line. Very disappointing.

The lady was kind enough to accommodate my late request and made a reservation on her computer, as i wasn't able to book online. It is a newer location, and I would go back again. However, it was bad on my part to go late as the stylist wanted to finish her part and go home. Normally, they do a thorough checking, and again, I won't blame her.
