I took my autistic teenage son to get his hair cut, and Rose did an amazing job. She only used scissors on him and did not push hair trimming machine like other stylists. She respected his sensory sensitivities and made him super comfortable. He was very comfortable and actually happy dueing the hair cut. Thank you so much :)

Today, I had a very bad experience with one of Great Clip’s employees. After she shaved my son’s hair, she did not clean his face or neck of the hair. I asked her to clean the hair from my son’s face, as she had done the other employee for my young son. She refused and said that he should go to the bathroom to clean the hair himself. And said (I do not do that.) I told her that all the employees clean the client’s face with a brush before he leaves. She said to me, “Your son must shower after shaving.” I told her, “Until I get home to bathe him, clean his face of hair.” She refused and turned her back on me and ignored me. She was extremely impolite and disrespectful.i wish if I call the supervisor . We have been customers of this branch for many years. All of the employees are respectful except for this employee.

We changed establishments after our experience there. The very rude stylist tried combining out my daughter’s very thick curly hair without detangler, only water, and was pulling so hard on it with a comb that my daughter started crying. We walked out halfway through her haircut because she was crying so hard. No apology from the stylist, not nothing. We will not be back.

According to my receipt my stylist was Rosys. I say the same thing every time I get a cut....#4 clipper straight up, off the collar, off the ears and scissor cut to blend in two good fingers of length on top. I've had some pretty good haircuts in my time but this was one of the best if not "the best". THANKS ROSYS!

I came here last month to cut my son's hair. It was his first haircut and Janelle wad great, she treated him like no other, very patient and lovely. I can't thank her enough for her professionalism and the experience.

Just download the app. This was the response to trying to setting up an appointment while their site was down. Now my 25 minute wait is an hour because their site was down.

I was going in the hospital and she got my hair showed up that during the time while I was in the hospital I didn't have to worry about it not and getting so I couldn't put a comb through it yes it's short I'm going back to get it short too because it's easy to take care

My husband and I enjoy coming to your salon. The staff is friendly and professional. The reason we drive 45 minutes each way is to have your stylist Amy cut our hair. She knows how to tame cowlicks and is always attentive to our needs. I guess you can call us Amy Groupies! Jim and Rita

My husband checked in online & got the notice that he would be notified when to come in. He waited 10 minutes & went on over, about a 10 minute drive. His time was a 30 minute wait per the app. When he checked in, he was told he didn’t have an apt at the Julington Creek /Racetrack location. He got in soon & his haircut was good. Later that evening he got a phone call asking if he was going to come in for his haircut! I don’t know what was going on with that location that day. It’s R usual location!

The Race Track Road location is great. I've tried other Great Clips locations without much luck, but I've had three different stylists at the Race Track Road and they were all good
